Second time using AirPlay inflatables. Very professional service. Good internet site and supported by knowledgeable, trustworthy people. It was clear to me that they took pride in their work. Both of our daughters have enjoyed the bouncy castles provide by airplay inflatables and we would use them again. First class products from people that have a wealth of experience in their field.
Steve was brilliant the hall I had hired out hadn’t put their castle down ready for the monster truck castle so my sons party would start late Steve helped them put it down and got the monster truck castle up and ready in time for my sons 6th birthday party everyone loved the monster truck was definitely a winner with my son who’s love’s monster trucks Steve was fantastic would definitely recommend AirPlay inflatables
Due to high winds we had to postpone our daughters party till the next day. But steve was flexible and made it happen still. The disco bouncy castle was brilliant, and my daughter LOVED it!!
Absolutely brilliant service from booking through to pickup. The guys were open to any and all questions and met every possible request we had. Offered sound advice when we were setting the hall up, based on their extensive experience. Although I'm late on leaving the review, they can't be faulted by us. Our daughter had an amazing 5th birthday party, thank you!

Hi Chris, thank you for your excellent review. We are looking forward to your next party!
Make sure you read every bit of small print! We thought we had but everything was wrong! Our entrance was 1/4 of an inch to small, our four shallow patio steps to the garden were a problem, his shoulder hurt, his assistant was miserable, our garden sloped. He was very angry, but returned with a smaller castle cheaper, but we weren’t entitled to a refund. Once up it was a lovely castle and the children had a fantastic time. I had to sign a disclosure. The main thing was the kids had a lovely time. I left my husband to deal with the pick up as I couldn’t bare anymore moaning. He did moan on pick up, but my son went to bed happy. Wouldn’t use again. Had no problems with 1st choice Inflatables’s, who we normally use. I have given 5 stars as at the end of the day the the product was top quality and safely put up.

Dear Mrs Horan,
I am sorry to hear that our services didn't meet with your expectations however access requirements and garden conditions are clearly stated on our website both in the product description & our frequently asked questions page. Our refund policy is also very clear on what happens if you don't measure your space / access correctly.
The castle you ordered from us was much bigger than the one you had previously ordered from your usual company therefore wouldn't fit through your small doorway and we were not prepared to force it through as there would of been a risk of damage to both your property & our equipment. It would however of gone through your side entrance but this was severely overgrown with bushes & weeds so was not an option.
As you point out we did go above and beyond to ensure you had a castle for your children to enjoy and made a special journey back to our unit for that purpose.
As regards to being 'very angry' your son was very rude to us and after everything we'd done to ensure you didn't go without naturally I was a little taken back but not 'angry' I do agree with you that people should 'read the small print' to prevent things like this happening in the first place.
If there is anything I can do to turn this review into 5 stars then please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Great communication, price and products. I would recommend this company for inflatable hire.

Hi Hannah, thank you for your great review & continued business. See you again next year!
The did everything they said they would - the set up & take down went very smoothly the bit in between was chaos - 20 kids having a marvelous time thoroughly enjoying themselves - I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a brilliant distraction for kids - and importantly for those selected to pay the rates are more than competitive - Thanks Airplay Inflatables.
