6 months after applying for a refund (that would cost 39 euros) still no money! AirFrance told me that the refund was never asked from them. Never again.

Echt verschrikkelijk. We kunnen telefonisch geen contact krijgen. Via de mail horen wij telkens dat onze tickets van augustus 2020 (geannuleerd vanwege Corona) nog niet door KLM aan hen betaald zijn. Als zij het hebben ontvangen, krijgen wij het, beloven zij. Moet dit allemaal zo lang duren?

Purchased flights with them and flights were cancelled due to COVID. I requested my money back and they wanted to charge €39 in order to get the funds back from the airline the tickets were bought from, which is ridiculous and against the law. The law states "The broker may not charge you extra costs,
such as administration costs or brokerage costs", yet they keep referring back to their terms and conditions which is irrelevant to this instance and also not something that is mentioned within their booking confirmation email.

I have now reported them to the ODR and if you have the same issue, you should too.

Mijn vriend en ik hadden een reis gepland naar Amerika in september, door het inreisverbod gaat dat feestje dus niet door! ik heb 4 maanden voor de vlucht naar airngo gemaild dat wij niet naar amerika kunnen door het inreisverbod. daarop kregen wij netjes een antwoord of wij een voucher willen of ons geld terug. ik heb toen gekozen om mijn geld terug te krijgen!! 2 maanden later krijg ik bericht dat onze andere vlucht van December geannuleerd is en dat wij ons geld terugkrijgen. Op mijn andere mail van de vlucht van September helemaal niets meer gehoord. Vorige week hebben wij ons geld teruggehad van de vlucht van December. daarop heb ik gereageerd wanneer wij het geld terug krijgen van de vlucht van September. Daarop krijg ik 2 weken later een mail dat wij helemaal geen geld terug krijgen omdat die vlucht niet annuleert is!! NEE omdat HIER niet op is gereageerd. dan mail je maanden vooraf en dan denk je dat lossen ze wel op. NEE GEWOON NIET! oplichters! Dit gaat ook om €1800 euro en ik ga niet betalen voor een vlucht waar ik niet in gezeten heb! Hier is het laatste woord nog niet over gezegd!

Do not agree to handling fees! Keep insisting, you will eventually receive your full refund.

DON'T USE AIRNGO!!! Major RIP off scam. My refund went to them from the airline I used on March 29th and Airngo never contacted me to refund my money. Only receive automatic emails saying long waiting time due to virus which is much shorter than I've been waiting and nothing about giving me money they received from Icelandair whom my ticket was with. Hard to believe that well known reputable airlines use a third party so dishonest as this to represent them and sell their tickets.

Na een mail ontvangen te hebben over onze geannuleerde vlucht krijg ik nu op de koop toe ook te horen dat we geen terugbetaling krijgen! Telefonisch zijn ze niet bereikbaar. Als ik onze 600€ - inderdaad 120€ ‘verwerkingskosten’ niet terug krijg span ik een rechtszaak aan.

So so bad!!! No contact posible. KLM canceld Because covid19. Then the contact was verry bad. They couldnt do anything and we had to wait. Over 7 mothns later, Without any contact we get a some of money back but theres missing 300,- euro!!! I send an email that we mis the 300,- of the whole some. And get a few weeks later a mail that they already paid the refund. Refering to the money that was not a correct amount. So they dont read the complains and just send a general email to everyone!

NEVER BOOK AT AIRNGO. ITS A SCAM. DUE TO CORONA THEY ASKED IF I WANTED A VOUCHER OR A REFUDN; CLEARLY STATED THAT I WANTED A VOUCHER. INSTEAD THEY REFUNDED BUT CONTRACTED 40 EURO'S CANCELLATION?

Door de coronacrisis vlucht van klm geannuleerd. Airngo heeft 2x een mail gestuurd met de vraag of ik een voucher of geld terug wil. 2x ingevuld dat ik een voucher wil. Nu hebben ze me geld teruggegeven maar wel €60 administratie kosten ingehouden. Gebeld hierover, verzoek om een mail te sturen. 2 weken later krijg ik antwoord dat het niet hun verantwoordelijkheid is dat de vlucht is geannuleerd. Totaal geen klantvriendelijk en begrip. En oplichters aangezien ze zelf hun eigen regels bepalen. Voortaan gewoon direct bij klm boeken, ook al kost het iets meer.

Na maanden van proberen mijn geld terug te krijgen voor de door KLM geannuleerde tickets eindelijk bericht van Airngo, maar.... Van de reissom van 300 euro houden ze 80 euro in! Bemiddelingskosten?! Makkelijk geld verdienen zo. Hier is het laatste woord nog niet over gezegd.

Wat een verdrietige bende dit bedrijf.

Ben inmiddels een half jaar bezig met het verkrijgen van een refund....

Jullie moeten je echt diep diep schamen.

I booked KLM flight by using airngo.nl website. My flight was cancelled by KLM due to Corona pandemic and they refunded whole amount to Airngo, but Airngo didn't refund me any amount even after 5 months of continuous chasing. Airngo told me that they are an intermediary between me and the airline, and therefore they have the right to charge a handling fee for ours service.

Our flights to Sri Lanka take off in two weeks. Our flights are cancelled by the airline since two months. Due to covid-19 we didnt received any confirmation of the cancellation from airngo yet. We are afraid, that the airline would charge us with the whole price cause airngo is not cancelling our flights with them. Please react soon airngo!

Not a Word from them after cancelled flight in april.

Terrible service. I'm still waiting for the remboursement of my ticket, TAP. Booking No. SEP3W8. With not a single update on the subject whatsoever. I requested a refund over almost 5 months ago. I really will like some information or just a confirmation that the refund process is being taking into account. Asking for the refund of a service that your company couldn't deliver is my right as a client. If it continues to be neglected, you're stealing from me.
I'm just asking for a solution, for respect.

Ik heb vanavond weer een mail gestuurd naar Airngo. Ik ben al maanden bezig om een voucher of iets te krijgen voor mijn gecancelde vlucht ivm Corona. Ik zou in april naar Argentinië gaan met KLM en het ticket kostte mij ruim 700 euro. Ik ben nu ook mijn baan kwijt en heb amper ww, ik wil gewoon krijgen waar ik recht op heb. Ik hoop dat iemand iets kan betekenen voor mij. Dit is veel poen wat ik nu hard nodig heb.
