J ai alors contacte Me Fanny Responsable du service client, qui à été très aimable et à l écoute avec une approche très professionnelle.
Elle m a alors proposé de me remplacer mon produit en m attribuant un geste commercial, auquel je ne m attendais pas du tout.

El proceso de reserva fue bastante fácil ya que tienen mucho de donde elegir, cuando llegué el apartamento estaba muy limpio y una decoración hermosa. Me quedaría nuevamente con ellos sin dudarlo.

Our booking was cancelled 24 hours…
Our booking was cancelled by Airnest 24 hours before we were due to check-in. We had paid in full 3 months before. Having less than 12 hours before our flight to GC, we were forced to book accommodation elsewhere for double the price of the existing booking. Don't let Airnest ruin your holiday too - book elsewhere.
EDIT: In response to Airnest's response from 15/04/2026, this is an absolute lie. My friend booked, not me. The explanation actually offered to my friend was 'that they double-booked'. We suspect the real reason for cancellation was that after booking via Booking.com, we were contacted by Airnest demanding a €300 deposit which was NOT part of the Ts&Cs. When we refused to pay this, they chose to leave it until 24 hours before check-in to cancel on us, to inconvenience us as much as possible.

Very disappointed. We have just returned from a 23 night…
We have just returned from a 23 night stay in Las Palmas & sadly we definitely would not trust AirNest ever again or recommend them.
The photos of the townhouse looked perfect & great description of the property for a long stay.
Immediately we noticed a bad drain smell upstairs & downstairs.
No plumbed in hot water downstairs at all ( kitchen & toilet )
Broken washing machine upon arrival.
Terrace furniture unusable as no cushions & ripped seat on terrace setee.
As soon as these problems were apparent, especially the washing machine we contacted AirNest. A plumber arrived to look at & hopefully mend or replace the washing machine. He agreed needed mending or replacing a job he could not do but would report. This was never sorted for the whole of our stay , hand washing clothes was definitely not on my holiday itinerary!
Plumber pointed out no downstairs hot water as no plumbing for it in either kitchen or toilet hand basin.
Terrace furniture & sun parasol not fit for purpose were never replaced.
The best AirNest could do was give us a 15 percent refund which we’ve accepted. They said they could not give anymore due to an agreement with the owner.
We discovered the house is up for sale which probably explains why non of our problems were solved.
The whole email chain lasted the duration of our holiday & was definitely an unpleasant distraction. AirNest were very polite etc but words are easily written. Actions speak louder .

The issues you encountered — the broken washing machine, drainage problems, lack of hot water, and the state of the terrace furniture — are unacceptable, and we deeply regret that they were not resolved during your stay despite our efforts to coordinate with the owner. As you know, we reached an agreement and processed a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill and recognition of the inconvenience caused. The property is currently on the market, which unfortunately affected the owner's willingness to invest in repairs — something that was beyond our direct control. Your feedback has been invaluable and we take it very seriously. We hope it does not discourage you from visiting Las Palmas again. The Airnest Team

Hotel Bandama y Airnest
me quedé en el Hotel Bandama. El lugar ya es 5 estrellas. Pero lo que me sorprendió es lo pendiente que estuve Airnest de mi estancia, antes, durante y después. Da gusto ver equipos jóvenes "adueñándose" de todo el proceso y cuidando al cliente como oro en paño. Gracias!

El hotel es precioso
El hotel es precioso, me gustó todo absolutamente, lo mejor la cercanía de la Playa de las Canteras, su personal inmejorable, la limpieza de las habitaciones y del hotel increíble. Súper recomendable. Repetiré seguro.

Excelente compañía! Tienen un gran equipo de comunicaciones y están siempre pendientes durante tu estancia.
Me he hospedado en Hotel Emeté por trabajo y su espacio de coworking es lo maximo para este tipo de viajes.
También me he hospedado en algunas de sus VIviendas vacacionales, el trato siempre el mejor, las propiedades modernas y con todo lo que necesitas durante tu estancia
Lo recomiendo totalmente!!

Bloody curtain in living room, broken door and shower, dirty furnitures, missing duvets, and all for: for close to 1000 euro for 3 nights:
What we wrote but they only responded nicely but did not helped us out:
Dear Landlord/Airnest,
We have waited long enough now. We cannot wait here all day; it is nearly 11:30 (local time).
We expect you to do as agreed and sort this out immediately.
We are experiencing major problems with the accommodation, which poses a safety risk:
1. Unsecure door / Safety concern (broken lock)
We reported that the door to the apartment is broken and does not lock properly. This is a major safety concern.
Your response:
"Sorry! The reason we asked for the video is to verify whether the door is able to close and lock properly, so we can assist you in the best possible way. For tonight, we kindly ask that you please lock the door with the key. Tomorrow, very early in the morning, we will make sure that our maintenance staff takes care of repairing the door piece properly."
We have been forced to stay in an unsecure apartment overnight.
2. Missing blanket / Inconvenience
We asked for an extra blanket, as the bedding was insufficient. This request was not met immediately.
Your response:
"Regarding your request for an extra blanket, we truly apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, our team is not available today, but we can check tomorrow morning."
Our demand:
We demand that you provide an immediate solution so that we either:
Get a new apartment immediately.
Get half of the money back. (But they offered us about 3% back (only/what a shame)
We expect you to sort this out today.

Gorgeous beachfront villa
Our beachfront villa in Gran Canaria was just perfect. The sound of the waves was gorgeous as were the indoor and outdoor spaces. The villa was very well equipped and Javier and the team were very responsive to any questions. There were 9 of us and we all had somewhere to relax. There are beachfront cafes and bars within a couple of minutes walk along the promenade. Lovely sandy beaches also just a stone’s throw away.

La mampara de la ducha de uno de los apartamentos rota y se sale agua
Las sábanas huelen mal
El edredón huele q humedad y fatal también.
Quién atiende por teléfono cuando llamas no es una profesional ya que no comunica bien las cosas a hacer, tuve que llamar 5 veces porque si no , no me entero de muchas cosas que habrían de explicar.
La hora de entrada Chekin muy tarde.
Vamos que con todos mis respetos no volveré ni recomendaré los POEM suites
