They are scammers, they don't send anything
Almost 2 months since I made the purchase and nothing arrived, the status of the order appears that the sender is preparing itThey are a scam, they are just stealing from people.

This is airlando store(www.airlandostore.com). We found you left 1 star review on trustpilot because you didn’t receive the package. But we want to clarify this point, your package is still on the way.
I estimate it will be arrive at your house in 15 days. Because it was sent from China, and the shipping time is reasonable, but I will still arrange urgent service for your package. Hope it can be delivered to you soon.
Based on above statement, could you please help us remove the 1 star review? We will be very appreciate that, and offer better service for you.
Certainly, if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will try our best to help you.
Best regards,

Great quality work!
Great quality work!
I found Airlando on reddit, saw a video of the process for the cat pendants which I knew immediatly it would be a great gift for my wife. The order took some weeks, but I live in Portugal, when it arrived the package was in perfect shape, and the pendant was beautiful. Masters quality work for real. I totally recommend! Thank you

Super Cute!
Super cute, quality cat necklaces! The faces are absolutely adorable! I ordered two in different colors as gifts for my nieces. They arrived well packaged, in a reasonable amount of time (given the international shipping), and exactly as pictured. I’m very pleased with my purchase!

Great experience, bad delivery company
The webpage worked fine and accepted Apple Pay, which is convenient.
But I'd have preferred to know that it would be using Hermes to deliver the parcel. I'd have paid extra for a different company as I don't trust them to deliver it properly.
