Great service, I was looking for the meaco sefte 10" desk fan everywhere, but it was unfortunately sold out. I was given a link to yourselves and managed to order and receive within 24hrs. I was extremely impressed with how easy, quick and excellent the service was. I would highly recommend you to friends and family in the future, with out a doubt. Absolutely awesome!!

Great delivery, great bit of kit.
Ordered it Friday afternoon with delivery date following Tuesday, it turned up Saturday morning. Really good bit of kit. Can't hear it in bedroom but can still feel fan on lowest setting. Looks well made, directional rotation is very good. I take a bit of pleasing but am happy with this.

DX did not call and the fact that i was not available is rubbish if you or DX decide to use a third party courier is of no concern to me

While your contract is with us, we are required to work with our courier and allow them to complete their investigation before we can reach a final resolution.

Unfortunately, we're unable to provide an exact timeframe until they conclude their investigation, as this is part of their claims process.
