My previous review was reported as false or defamatory, but Trustpilot reviewed it and decided it did not violate its guidelines.
I included the court index number so that anyone interested can review the public court record and make their own assessment. Because this matter is now before the Court.
Based on my experience, I was informed by emails from Lauren that a refund would be processed, but I did not receive it. I was also provided with documents regarding wire transfers that, in my view, did not result in payment except 1 of them. I have retained my emails, messages, and other communications with Airacer representatives.
After raising my concerns publicly, I was blocked on the company’s social media accounts, including Instagram google reviews and Facebook, and one of its representatives blocked me on LinkedIn.
I encourage anyone considering doing business with this group (Airacer inc) to review the publicly available court filing associated with this dispute and make their own informed decision.
