Oliver is a great coach and has been very helpful during the virtual classes. He takes the time to explain what you need and is good at giving you examples that helps you understand the concepts.

Bad until Ollie saved the day!
Originally was pretty bad with ridiculous marking times and fails for bad reasons like photos submitted in wrong format or other nonsense. Feedback was pretty good but, a 2 weeks wait to approve a typo in the date is pretty ridiculous. Then Ollie came in and saved the day giving me a direct number to text when I finish an assessment that he will mark asap (within an hour).

Extremely disappointed
I was extremely disappointed with my experience studying through ACFPT. In my view, the course does not meet the standard one would reasonably expect for a qualification of this nature or its price point.
The learning materials rely heavily on long, dense textbooks that are dry, outdated, and largely based on rote memorisation rather than developing practical, real‑world skills. Much of the content feels disconnected from current industry practice, and the limited video material is also outdated and unrealistic. As a result, the course does not provide a strong or relevant foundation for commencing a career in the fitness industry.
The assessments were another major concern. Marking appeared inconsistent and unpredictable depending on the assessor, which undermined confidence in the fairness and reliability of the grading process. Tutor support was often slow or unhelpful, and exam questions felt unreasonable and poorly aligned with practical industry requirements.
Although I obtained the certificate, I did not gain any meaningful knowledge or skills from the course. I was genuinely looking forward to studying and furthering my education in this area, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. As someone who has studied and practised professionally for over a decade, I value high‑quality education, and unfortunately this course fell well short of that expectation. Had I known what I know now, I would not have enrolled.
