Jeg returnerede et par sko fra Royal Republiq i starten af november, men har stadig ikke modtaget mine penge retur. Jeg har haft utallige henvendelser til deres kundeservice, hvor de flere gange skriftligt har bekræftet, at refunderingen er “på vej”.
Der sker bare ingenting.

Det er nu flere måneder siden returneringen, og jeg står stadig uden både varer og penge. Meget frustrerende oplevelse og ekstremt dårlig kundeservice. Jeg kan desværre ikke anbefale at handle her, hvis man risikerer at skulle returnere noget.

I returned a bag I ordered in mid-November and have yet to receive my refund. Until mid-December, my emails requesting updates went unanswered. When I informed the company that I would consider legal action, they finally responded with information. In early January, I was told my refund would be processed within 3–7 business days, but I still have not received it.
This level of customer service is extremely disappointing and untrustworthy. I have previously ordered from Royal Republic without any issues, so I hope this is not indicative of a change in ownership or financial difficulties. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company, as the handling of my refund has been frustrating and unsatisfactory.

I ordered shoes there almost two years ago and sent them back. I never got a refund. I took the matter to court in the Netherlands. The court sent a letter to Royal Republiq, but they never replied. So I can say with a clear conscience that this company lies and cheats.

I ordered a pair of shoes two months ago. After two weeks, I wrote to support email and they answered me that there was a QA test in progress on my shoes, and they didn't know when they would be approved for shipping. I waited three weeks more, with a lot of email, but nothing changed. The only positive thing is that they sent me a full refund, but I just wanted my shoes. Don't buy.

Ordered a pair of shoes on the 1st of December. I couldn't get a track & trace and my e-mails were left unanswered. I contacted them through Instagram, where they were responsive for a while but now, I feel like I'm only getting the same messages on repeat, sometimes in different languages.

Truly a shame since I have been ordering shoes for a while when they were only Royal RepubliQ but ever since they changed, it's a disaster. I would advise everyone to NOT buy anything. I will be sending formal notices as well to try to at least get my money back.

Bougth 2 pair of shoes end of November. Still havnt received them early January and no reply from their customer service despite numerous emails. Been buying Royal Republic shoes for many years online and had not thought further about the name change to "Aims of life - Royal Republic". A first for me and either a pro scam or a very unreliable company

I placed an order on 1 December and a shipping label appears to have been created, but since then nothing has happened. I have sent two emails to the customer service department, which have remained unanswered.

If you do not believe me, look up Royal Republiq and other reviews of this company, a likely scam. In my case, on 6 Oct 2025 I ordered shoes and belts from Royal RepubliQ / Aims of Life (a parent company). Only the belts were delivered, and they are the wrong size; the shoes were never delivered. Despite several written requests and a formal legal notice, incl. CEO in the reply, the company has neither corrected the error nor refunded me after more than 2 months.

Ich habe meine Schuhe zurückgeschickt und die Firma hat sie laut DPD und eigener Bestätigung erhalten – aber ich habe niemals mein Geld zurückbekommen. Sehr schlechte Kommunikation und eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. Ich kann dieses Geschäft nicht empfehlen.

Ci avevo comprato anni fa diverse volte e mi ero trovato benissimo. Scarpe stupende.
Poi hanno cominciato ad avere problemi. Ora hanno cambiato nome ma sono sempre royal republiq. Ho comprerò un paio di scarpe ad aprile e dopo diversi solleciti mi scrivono che hanno effettuato il rimborso facendo uno screen shot parziale dove si evinceva (secondo loro il pagamento) dopo mesi e mille controlli su tutte le carte di credito (una montagna di tempo perso) l’accredito non risultava. Ho dovuto fare un reclamo a paypal che alla fine mi ha risarcito. Da parte loro nessuna notizia. Pessimi

Scam company. Do not use this company. Their products are faulty and even mouldy and very far from what they show on the website. They don’t refund you, and when you complain they either don’t reply or send you to ‘another department’. This is a sub 0.5 mil USD business so unlikely to have tons of departments… They use to trade under the ‘Royal RepubliQ’ brand which went bust some years back. One big scam.
