My name is Saima, and I have availed PhD thesis services from your organization. I have already made the full payment, with the understanding that my research papers would be published in Scopus-indexed journals, as was promised.
Mr. Harish has been my point of contact throughout this process. However, I have been trying to reach him to request necessary modifications to my thesis, which currently shows 21% plagiarism—far above the acceptable limit of less than 10%. Despite repeated attempts, I have received no response from him.

AIMLAY & World Star Rohini in Delhi R very fraud company.I had deal with them for the last 7 years and I spent total of ₹390,000. I paid for the full services and University fees .But after that Covid time,Mr.Gupta the owner of Aimlay called me asked for more money .Otherwise university won’t give date for VIVA but I early paid ₹390,000 plus ₹10,000 again he asked ₹150,000 .Then the VIVA date they want ₹15,000 for VIVA certificate, after the payment he said I have to pay another ₹55,000 for Convocation .Now the news says OPJS university is fake university and I had losted around 10 lakhs with travelling cost .Now my PHD is fake with out any documents .So beware all people going with Aimlay .Anyone can contact me for more details. All the reviews posted by Aimlay employees itself.I told them I am going to put reviews they had sent me advocate letter so I have to give reply so I spend another ₹15,000 to my advocate .Any one going with Aimlay make sure think twice first ,they make money on them.After the full payment they will cheat every one ,asking for more money .Also Gupta have GST issues ,so he will ask to send money to his wife account Vinitha. I am also filing case against Aimlay for cheating me the last 7 years .My time and my money wasted. All the reviews are fake ,most of the reviews are from employees .Also they asked everyone to give 5 stars reviews with out completeing the PhD. Now you sent the reply to me only after submitting the review .How many times I called university and your company too.No one reply .Always I sent WhatsApp messages most of the time no reply or messages after few days .

There have been unnecessary delays and poor communication from the customer service team. After making the payment, I found myself constantly following up—almost begging—for the services I was promised. Now, as I approach the final stages of my thesis submission, they are demanding additional payment under unconvincing pretenses saying, breaking the initial contract terms.
