YES THIS IS THE TELL TALE SIGN THAT it is a CENTRE OF SCAMMERS WITH NO EVIDENCE OF DELIVERY DETAILS, NO TRACKING NUMBER, NO EXACT SPECIFIC DATE, TIME, DAY OF DELIVERY TO MY HOME ADDRESS! OTHER TELL TALE SIGNS : the ' staff' ASKED home address a number of times SO aimlay CALL CENTRE OF SCAMMERS USE Different staff under same 'simran' name! NO DELIVERY COMPANY NAME WAS GIVEN! FAKE NAMES santtosh, abhishek singh are given as they fake people HAVE NO CONTACT NUMBERS, NO HANDPHONE NUMBERS, NO EMAIL ADDRESS ! the Google rejected another 'staff ' fake email address too ! At the start these centre of scammers pretend to say that they ' BELIEVE ' IN BAD KARMA, BAD RETRIBUTIONS, BAD LUCK FOREVER ETERNALLY FOR ALL STAFF AND FAMILY MEMBERS IN aimlay ! YET TILL NOW 19 FEBRUARY 2026, NO TWO DELIVERY OF FULLY PAID 5 ITEMS WERE SENT TO MY HOME ADDRESS!!!! DURING WHOLE TODAY 18 FEBRUARY 2026 NO INFORMATION ON TRACKING NUMBERS, NO MONEY TO REFUND ME 100% IN USD 3000+ 1 ! NO MONEY FROM MY FULL PAYMENT REACHED orange county university to GET MY HARD COPY PHYSICAL ITEMS SENT TO ME AT ALL! aimlay as centre of scammers DOES NOT HAVE MONEY TO SEND 'staff ' to ORANGE COUNTY UNIVERSITY TO COLLECT MY. HARDCOPY PhD Certificate! BEFORE I WENT TO orange county university AND DURING THE TIME WHEN I WAS AT orange county university, aimlay centre of scammers IGNORED MY REPEATED REQUEST TO HAVE THE NAME OF PERSON WHOM aimlay centre of scammers interact with for the DELIVERY OF THE CERTIFICATES!

Professional work by the staff. All details were clearly explained and got very assistance always in the process

The organization and execution were perfect. Likewise, the support from Aimlay.

Fake organisation running a scam , fees is taken earlier and then no connection , total scam

Very unprofessional and misleading organization. No response for months on important issues like payments and documents. Sent false and unethical claims about an “Honorary Doctorate” and using the “Dr.” title, which is academically incorrect. Poor communication, no transparency, and commercial tactics. Strongly not recommended.

A terrific team and very helpful contacts. The award ceremony was fantastic.

Very bad experience with you. It seems that all of your employees are cheaters. I contacted all known officials of your orgnigation but every one fooling me. Now I hate this type of behavior .

March 13thj 2026-still not resolved.
My issue with Aimlay has been ongoing since June 2025. A representative called me on 13 February 2026 and promised that all my pending documents would be provided. However, as of 12 March 2026, I am still receiving only excuses.

Recently, Aimlay informed me that they are facing “operational challenges” and suggested that I contact the university directly to collect my documents. This is surprising because the payment and the entire process were handled through Aimlay, so it should be their responsibility to obtain and deliver the documents.

When I contacted the university, they clearly stated that only the authorized party through whom the payment was made can collect the documents.

This delay has been extremely frustrating. I request Aimlay to resolve this issue immediately and provide a clear timeline for delivering my pending documents.

FYI – As per the call received on 13th February 2026 from the Aimlay team,
they informed me that all my pending documents (as communicated in my email) will be processed as soon as possible. Since this matter has already been delayed for more than 7 months, I specifically requested urgent action, and they agreed. I am pleased to hear this positive response and am sharing this update here.

Feb 12th - still no resolution.
no response from Aimlay via email, WhatsApp, or phone calls despite repeated follow-ups from june 2025.

Feb 4th 2026 - stil no resolution.
I completed my LLB course through Aimlay in June 2025 and submitted all required documents during the course. The course is complete, all documents have been verified, and all applicable fees— including document dispatch services—have been fully paid. Despite this, I am being asked again for original documents and the dispatch of my pending documents is being delayed without valid reason. I request immediate dispatch of the available documents.

Jan 30th 2026 - still no resolution
The support experience with Aimlay has been extremely disappointing. During the course period, CRM contact numbers were responsive and communication was smooth—especially until all fees were collected.
However, once the course was completed and it came time for the final and most critical service (dispatch of completed LLB documents), the behavior completely changed. Dedicated CRM numbers stopped responding, calls now function like general customer care, and most of the time calls are not answered.

Despite this experience, my final expectation is still a proper and timely resolution from the Aimlay team—specifically, clear communication and dispatch of the pending documents without further delay.

I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and resolves the issue responsibly.

AIMLAY states documents are pending from my side, which is incorrect.
I completed my LLB in 2025, submitted all requth iremth ents, received earlier semester originals and soft copies of later semesters.
Only dispatch is pending. Repeated emails receive generic “internal audit” replies without timelines.

The whole preparation of my Ph.d from day one to the award ceremony to my return from hotel to airport was so meticulously organized by the whole team, the support and assistance was excellent.

It was a great experience to have a grand graduation over here as the ballroom was big enough to cater a lot people ..Aimlay was so helpful to make everything was in order..the only thing is as I am from.Malaysia..I prefer my Malaysia flag to be on the stage during the graduation not until all the program has been ended..then only have change to see my flag was up there..
And the other things is...the food provided during lunch was not reach our Asean taste and all foods are vegetarian.Apart of that..everything was fine..
