The core function of this service, the AI search and chat, is completely broken. I am unable to perform any searches or get any chat replies, no matter which engine I select (Grok, Gemini, etc.). It's completely unresponsive.

To make matters worse, I've contacted their support team multiple times for help and have received zero response. It feels like the site has been completely abandoned.

Do not buy this. It's a waste of money for a dead service.

Paid for Lifetime rune and have done what they mentioned by putting the code in the beta site after registering. My account shows that I have access but functionality wise when it comes to AI responses the site is completely broken. I haven't been able to get any AI chat or function to work besides the free model. Don't waste your money.

The revamped UI is nice, though some features were pulled out (MCP Chat, Github tools).
While overall useful and with further improvement expected, bugs still persist which affect the user experience. Hopefully the team can improve the stability.

Availability of good models out of the box, such as Qwen 2.5, GPT4o + mini, Claude 3.5 Sonnet+Haiku
Some features work well, such as code and image generation

Cons:
Lack of some models from the newer segment
Very significant UI lags when the chat contains a relatively small amount of text
Some features don't work, such as code review

I bought lifetime and now never see V4 coming , it already 5 months since the promise release next month wtf , this is dead product which offer a lot of super cheap discount than vanish with your money

I signed up for AI MagicX's (then) a free 7-day trial, BUT it was not free and there was no trial!
This company should be struck from the WEB - they are committing Fraud and Theft (in the form of Phoenixing and Rebranding.) On the sixth day of the disappointing trial I remembered to go to UNSUBSCRIBE however I was locked out of the trial. When I attempted to login to unsubscribe, I found that my password had disappeared. Despite requesting a reset, I never received an email from AI MagicX.
And MYSTERIOUSLY any mail sent from them or history of search disappeared from all my records.
WHOEVER they are today the fasct remains AI MagicX deducted for themselves a subscription amount of $39 from my bank account. As someone living on a tight budget, this unexpected charge was significant.
(They claim in response to original review that I must provid details and records but they are not responding to emails and leave no contact details, If they really are innocent and want to clear their name would they not respond to my emails)

I had already decided not to invest in AI MagicX due to its failure to deliver on its very good promises. Even today 3 days after the deduction I am unable to Login or reach AI MagicX . Hoping this review stops further unsuspecting Trial Users! And would love to see justice to prevent these cyber criminals from benefitting.

Certainly an attractive price but a software that does not work at all, no after-sales service non-existent, probably due to a significant time difference (answer in 24 hours 😂)

Garbage. Bought a lifetime subscription and have not been able to use it for months. Everything you try gets "Error Generating image" or similar.

They have this message "We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by issues during our new system testing. Our team is working tirelessly to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience – the enhanced V4 system is coming early next month! The upcoming V4 release will address all reported bugs and system issues to provide you with a smoother experience." but its been MONTHS.

Opened a ticket months ago, no response so expect zero customer service.

when I ask the model for example Claude sonnet 3.5 that which model and version it uses , it refuse to tell. plus the results from the model on their website are very low quality compare to the original model. so I don't think they are offer the model they claim to. I regret purchase from them, so don't make the same mistake as me.

HUGE SCAM! I did the free trial and cancelled right away because the product is nowhere near what was advertised.

In the end they ended up charging me money because their system LOWKEY adds on subscriptions you didn't even select.

At a glance, the features seems too good to be true, unlimited bot generation, monthly images and logo creation, which in fact it is.
On checking John Doe's earlier review about the bot responses being watered down, I did a test for myself and I can confirm that the generated output for AI Magicx is limited. Even the free services (gpt 4o-mini, gemini flash, meta ai-llama 3.2) give more detailed outputs compared to the premium models provided in AI Magicx. They probably added a maximum word in your prompt on their end to limit the output in order to limit their fees which beats the purpose of using these LLM.

Customer support is slow to non-existent. I did an inquiry via messenger and support just seen-zoned my message. I've even sent feedbacks via email and never get any response even for days.

Their promise on providing API seems to take forever and they are not providing any plans on how their API would be implemented.

Their services are poorly documented and even lack to provide any online help. Though they provide tutorials on youtube, the help document should always still be priority.

According to crunchbase, the company is currently a 1-10 man team based in Delaware, Ohio. For a really small company, one should be wary before investing on a lifetime plan and consider poor services as well.

If you want designs, just use Microsoft designer or Leonardo.ai, you can get up to 15 free generations a day.

The good:
- Access to lots of LLM.
- A promise to have API soon.

The bad:
- We can't choose image generation models. It would be very nice to access to Flux.
- No access to the recent LLM models (o1-mini, Llama 3.2, ...).
- Still no API.

- Chat bot response is very watered down. If you compare the ChatGPT 4 response within AI MagicX vs ChatGPT’s own service, you will see AI MagicX will only give out a short paragraph, whereas ChatGPT native will give you an extensive response
- you cannot clear your generated content history yourself
- support is non-existent
