It is a scam
It is a scam. They advertise that they offer chat-gpt4 but when you ask the model to perform any complicated tasks, it informs you that it is based on version GPT-3 and not GPT-4. Chat-GPT3 is free from openai website to everyonem There were no tools to request a refund or even cancel the subscription. I had sent them an email requesting a refund and after no response, I had to cancel my credit card and request a chargeback from my bank.
As another reviewer mentioned, they have changed domain most likely due to legal issues.
Having received an email requesting the details ofy transaction or this review would be taken down I am providing further details to whoever considers them as an option:
When I made the purchase their domain was similar to openai domain which caused the confusion and the purchase from them. They have, since then, changed domain at least twice.
No invoice or order number was provided upon purchase. The invoice number was only provided when they challenged the dispute I had opened with my bank and my bank provided me with the details. On their website there were no tools to view, edit, cancel membership or request refund. I don't know if this is still the case. I had to raise the dispute twice with my bank because they were providing screenshots that showed I had made use of the service whiley dispute is that they were selling a GPT4 membership and I had screenshots that the AI model itself was responding back that it was version 3.5 which as you know it's free to use.
The card dispute was eventually settled in my favor and I received a full refund.
