When calling this time to check how our payment could be processed. We got attitude about it and even told the wrong amount over the phone and charged $20 more even though we are set up for auto payment. You guys had been doing ok. But sometime when you call your staff can be less then desirable to speak with at times.

And... we do have plans to enrich the MyAhoy! section on the website and the mobile app in the near future, including with the ability to see billing details, soon.

I’ve only been an ahoy member a few weeks, I like the reminders to perform safety checks prior to launching. I really like the app. I have recommended ahoy to my insurance broker.
