Lotus Esprit : Modèle de qualité supérieur, bonne qualité de pièces et d'assemblage, abonnement choisi (24 mois) suit son cours MAIS ! malheureusement AGORA ne tient pas ses promesses contrairement à ce qu'ils prétendent sur leur site "Prix fixe. Une fois que vous avez commandé votre modèle, le prix de votre boîte pour ce modèle est bloqué et n'augmentera pas". FAUX : dès la première commande les prix sont majorés. 1ère boîte EUR 79.99 - facturée EUR 82.98 puis 23 boîtes à EUR 84.99. facturées EUR 87.98 soit à la fin de l'abonnement + EUR 71,76. Enfin, n'ayez pas la mauvaise idée de changer d'abonnement en cours de route. J'ai voulu passer en édition Collector. Leur calcul est très simple : le solde des mensualités de l'abonnement de 24 mois (pour ma part, il m'en reste 16 soit 8 envois avec les frais d'expédition) qui ne sont donc pas déduits de l'envoi en une seule fois de l'édition collector. Vous devrez également vous acquitter d'un forfait de EUR 500.00 pour ce changement. Vraiment pas terrible le SAV. Au surplus, j'invite Agora à consulter les échanges d'emails que j'ai eu avec son SAV.

have not got my pack one at this time got a email asking if i want the pack sent through a different warehouse and still have not arrived and getting the run around wont trust them again don't trust them they lie I will be telling everyone

I ordered the full kit of the Titanic and recieved all 4 boxes within 7 days. As I went through the packs I noticed I was missing the gift metal plate. I contacted Agora and let them know it was missing and within 5 days it showed up in my mail box.

Excellent service,really helpful ,really friendly staff great product

To start off this company has the worst customer service and does not honor their agora model promise. I did the titanic model and the amount that they charge you for it and had nothing but issues during the build. the model did not go together properly and all they want to tell you is they have had no other complaints about it. when you contact customer service to complain they just send you links to videos on you tube of other people putting the model together and tell you to watch them and it will go together properly. I have watched all the videos and watched videos from multiply people had still have issues. the model is NOT museum quality like they promise and satisfaction is NOT guaranteed like they promise. I was also missing parts and when you tell them it takes months to get them and they come from random addresses and people when you get them and a lot of the replacement parts I got were damaged when they came. also this seems to be any issue with all there models because I started a new model with them and have had missing parts and when I emailed them about it it took months to get a package that came from a random person and random address with parts form the stage that I was missing parts for and still ended up not getting the parts that I was missing to begin with because that package was missing them ads well. so beware of a company that CANNOT honor their own promise and guarantee. once they have your money they don't care. I think my only recourse at this point is to contact an attorney. Yes I am a customer of yours and I don't know what information you want.
