Super Lieferungen, perfekte Modelle. AGORA steht für mich auf Platz Nummer 1.

Angeblich sollte kurz nach der Lieferung von Paket 1 das zweite folgen. Mittlerweile ist ein Monat ins Land gegangen und nix ist passiert. Laut Ankündigung sollte Ende März bereits das dritte Paket ankommen. bin mal gespannt. Ich glaube nicht daran. Die Kommunikation bezüglich Liefrungen ist Grotten schlecht.

The detail and quality of the parts used in the construction of this model are incredibly impressive.

組立て説明書は付属されてなく、日本語説明書はＨＰからダウンロードしてプリントしなくてはならない。
日本では購入できないモデルもある。悲しい。
以前、シェルビー・コブラを申し込んだところ、日本へは送れませんという返答でした。

I gave 4 stars because I was never notified of when the boxes would be delivered even though they said they would. I was just ready to leave for a week in the hospital when they arrived otherwise they would have sat on my front porch all week.
If not for that it would have been 5 stars

I placed an order for a Titanic Full Kit on March 7, 2026, and as of today, March 19, 2026, I still have not received a shipping confirmation.

According to Agora’s own FAQ, orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours, and customers are advised to contact support if nothing has been received within 7 days. I followed that guidance and reached out on Friday, March 13, at which point I was told my order would ship “early next week.” That timeframe has now passed with no update, no tracking information, and no proactive communication.

This is especially frustrating given the price point of these models and the expectations that come with it.

My experience prior to ordering was also disappointing. A $500 promotion was advertised for full kits, yet two of the most prominent models (the Orca and Shelby Cobra) either did not qualify or did not offer a selectable full kit option at checkout, despite the Cobra page clearly stating that a full kit purchase was available. I contacted customer support (email only, no phone support available) to point this out, specifically noting that there was no option to actually select a full kit purchase on the Cobra page. The response I received was essentially that it was not included in the promotion, without addressing the inconsistency on the product page or the promotion wording. This created unnecessary confusion.

To make matters worse, I received an automated email asking me to leave a Trustpilot review before the order has even shipped.

At this point, I cannot comment on the quality of the model itself, and I hope that the product experience is significantly better than the purchasing and customer service experience so far.

As it stands, this has been a very frustrating start.

Update (March 26, 2026):

Since my original review, the situation has improved. Communication has been clearer, and the overall experience is moving in a better direction.

The Titanic full kit has now been delivered. All 24 packs arrived, everything appears complete, and the packaging was in good condition. Daniel from customer service followed up, and I appreciate the effort made to address the situation, including a good will gesture for the inconvenience.

While the initial delay and lack of proactive communication could have been handled better, I am feeling more confident moving forward and looking forward to starting the build.

False Advertising. Advertised a special with pictures of models that were not part of the special that was being advertised.

The T800 Terminator is incredibly detailed. The construction steps are very well thought out and the instructions are easy to follow. I have just started the build, but I anticipate a very enjoyable project.

Haven’t started it yet but having carefully looked through the pile of boxes the quality & detail is clearly superb. It’s simply the best I’ve seen since I started model making way back in the late 50’s! I love the attention to detail.
It also arrived super quick. I can see me getting another model in the future.

Very smooth signup process for the Split Window Vette full kit. Arrived well packaged and everything looks to be in order. Still awaiting the free time to start and will update when I do.

I bought one of their complete kits when they were on sale at a discount, I didn't check whether it was complete immediately as it seemed quite a daunting task, however, it was actually very easy to do and I'm now glad I did, as a complete section of parts was missing. One simple email later and the missing parts were with me inside a week. Thankyou very much.

Heute habe ich den Jaguar Type E fertiggestellt.
Ein wunderschönes Modell.
Die Passgenauigkeit der Teile ist unglaublich gut.
Diese Woche ist der Mercedes 300 nach kurzer Wartezeit angekommen.
Ich freue mich auf viele Stunden des Zusammenbauens.
Es ist ein gewaltiges Erlebnis !!!

I thought that will include paper instructions for use. I bought it for my son to pass less time in front of a screen but the instructions are still on a screen.
