I had been in touch with Vishal since the beginning. He was great and adaptable to our needs which we appreciate. However, we had problems with the pickup team who were supposed to disassemble the furniture and they didn’t bring tools with and we had to do it. The timeframe they said was wrong for the goods to be delivered. We were in an empty house with a toddler with no place to sleep which was hard for us. The operation lady by name Rose was rude, who was coming up with excuses at her own will. However driver Phulraj was communicating with us well. It was great working with Vishal and team. The only thing I would change is the third party they use in Australia.
