I wanted to make a singular order and must've accientally opted in for their subscription model in which they keep sending you the product EVERY MONTH. I reached out to them and explained that I didn't want that option and that I just wanted to order the product one time. Their answer is disappointing: They force you to pay at least three times before they let you out of the subscription model. Since they are not providing a service or anything but just ship a product to you I think it's ridiculous that they don't let you cancel the subscription after telling them you purchased it on accident. Scammy vibes and zero costumer orientation. I would've reordered their hair oil for sure but seeing how they dealt with me showing zero cooperation I will never give a cent to this company again.

I’ve been using this hair product for a few weeks now and I am absolutely stunned with the results! My hair feels so much softer and looks much healthier. Normally, I struggle with frizz, but this product keeps my hair smooth and in shape all day without feeling heavy or greasy.

The scent is fresh but not overpowering, and the texture makes it really easy to apply. A little goes a long way, which means the product lasts a long time.

What I love most is the shine and manageability it gives my hair. Even after blow-drying, my hair stays soft, bouncy, and full of volume.

Onlangs heb ik deze producten voor mijn vrouw gekocht. Om precies te zijn de custom hair growth oil samen met de custom elixir en de custom hair treatment. Niet wetend dat zij al een tijdje Afsennah wilde proberen. Ze had onwijs veel haaruitval en deze producten hebben haar ontzettend goed geholpen. Nou schrijf ik deze review omdat ik Afsennah heb bericht maar niet te pakken krijg om haar te bedanken, want mijn vrouw haar onzekerheid is weg. Ik snap dat zij ontzettend druk is dus doe ik het via deze weg. Moge god jou rijkelijk belonen Afsennah.

I've been using her products since October, and since then I've been experiencing hair loss like never before. I haven't seen any new hair growth, and the shedding continues—especially when I wash my hair.

I received this oil on the 9th may and tried it for the first time on the evening of 11th May - as soon as I applied the oil to my hair the smell was overwhelmingly disgusting. It smelt like garlic and sour smells all over my hair. I tried to persevere and wrap my head as followed in tutorials but the oil made me physically sick and after a couple of hours I had to wash the oil out of my hair. The oil was also so much darker than advertised on the website and in their social platforms.
The next morning was Monday 13th straight away I requested a return label to send the item back and also sent an email to customer service.
On Wednesday 15th I received a response saying that because I had reported it to my bank that they wouldn’t send a replacement or a free bottle . I haven’t reported it to my bank - I tried to log a return on Klarna but don’t have a return label.
Please note that at no point I have asked for a replacement or a free bottle. I simply want to send the item back for a refund which is proving impossible.
Since then I have still yet to have received a response. My return has not even been approved so I cannot send the item back.
This is not a £10-15 oil. It cost in excess of £90 for a bottle of oil and the customer service is absolutely awful. The products are super pungent smell and this should be disclosed before hand. I am always so reluctant to leave bad reviews but I feel like for the price tag, responses should be better and clearer.

I've been using Afsennah for about 3 months now and I'm pretty impressed with the results. My hair definitely feels thicker and I'm seeing less shedding when I brush. Totally worth it, especially for the price compared to those fancy brands that don't even work half as well.

It really does work at any age, but keep in mind: “Consistency is key!!” And you will het the results you want!!!

This product is amazing! You just need to be consistent and ask yourself, how much do I really want this.

Ik heb het Ultimate Package een maand geleden besteld en vond het best spannend in het begin want ja je weet toch nooit of zoiets echt werkt. Maar wauw… ik ben echt onder de indruk!! Mijn hoofdhuid voelt super schoon en mijn haar glanst veel meer dan voorheen. Ik heb net mijn tweede pakket besteld omdat ik gewoon erg veel verschil begin te zien en echt tevreden ben.Ik moet wel zeggen, ik ben nog niet super consequent met de roller en scalp oil, maar zelfs nu merk ik al kleine nieuwe haartjes op. Dat geeft me echt hoop dat het de goede kant op gaat. Mijn favoriet product is de elixir, die gebruik ik elke dag een paar druppels en mijn haar krijgt er zo’n mooie glans van, zonder vet te worden. Echt een fijne routine geworden, en al met al super super blij dat ik hiermee ben begonnen!

These oils saved my hair! I've been using the scalp and hair oil for almost an year and they stopped the shedding and helped regrow my hair. Before trying them, I had been losing so much hair for over an year, after using damaging hair dyes and wearing a motorcycle helmet for too many hours (also unknowingly one size too big and would friction against my hair). After just the second use of the I could see that the shedding was decreasing, and after one month, it stopped! Little by little my hair started regrowing and going back to the normal used to know! No more finding locks in the shower and in the washing machine, no more crying after combing my hair. So if you are wondering whether you should try this, go for it!

Na mijn postpartum was ik op zoek naar een heel goeie olie voor mijn haar. Ik heb die van Afsennah besteld, had de verkeerde besteld maar de klantenservice heeft me geholpen hiermee en de juiste aangereikt. Ik gebruik de olie nu enkele weken, enorm tevreden van!! Dankjewel Afsennah team!!

I was honestly skeptical before buying Afsennah’s custom hair oil. I’ve tried so many high-end products that promise hair growth, but they either made my scalp greasy, smelled weird, or just didn’t do anything.

After using Afsennah’s oil for about 6 weeks, I can 100% say it’s different. First off, the packaging is beautiful, luxurious but not over-the-top. The dropper makes it easy to apply without wasting product. The oil itself has a rich, herbal scent (not artificial or overpowering), and it absorbs surprisingly well. My biggest issue was thinning at the temples, and I swear I’m seeing baby hairs coming in. My scalp also feels healthier, less dry, and I don’t get that itchy feeling I used to with other oils.

I also got one of their silk scrunchies, and it’s become my go-to. I never realized how much breakage my old elastics were causing until I switched to this. My hair actually looks shinier because it’s not being pulled and snapped every time I put it up.

If I had to nitpick, I’d say the price is definitely on the higher end, but honestly, I’d rather spend on something that actually works than keep wasting money on cheaper stuff that does nothing. Plus, a little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts.

Definitely repurchasing. If you’re on the fence, just try it and you’ll see what I mean.

I felt my hair fell less than before (but I’ve experienced less hair fall when I consistently use any oil), but no new growth. After my first bottle, I thought I needed to try it longer to see results but still not difference in hair thickness
