Shampoo and conditioner
I am happy that the product arrived quickly however I was disappointed that the shampoo was not sealed with sellotape because of this, some of the shampoo spilled from the bottle and into the box 😔

Soothe / Seal
I love the Soothe oil but it would be so much better with a dropper applicator like Nourish! The current applicator (nozzle at the end of the bottle) makes it easy to miss some areas and over apply in others. The oil itself is lovely though and really helps soothe a dry scalp, especially after washing. I would definitely repurchase.
The Seal oil I didn’t like as much, I find it leaves my hair stringy and straw-like and my curls won’t take shape when it’s been applied. I have tried it in both LOC and LCO methods, and on its own without any curl cream, on wet and dry hair and I always have the same result. Not sure if it is the product or if it’s just not right for my hair (curly with dry ends). It’s the only product from Afrocenchix that I wouldn’t repurchase or recommend.

I love the product
I love the product. Excellent quality. I have a 4C beautiful thick hair and it needs a good concentrate product to moisture and soften it. It is exactly what I am getting it. The product has a excellent natural aroma of lemon grass. Love it!

Great service
There were issues with the packaging of the oils sent. When I flagged this up they packaged it with extra cushioning and it arrived safely. I love the biotin oil

I only used it once so can't really say for certain. It seems alright but I have to use it longer to be certain. It is also a bit expensive.

Happy with the service but packaging could be better
Happy with the level of service, easy-to-use website and quick delivery as always. The packaging could be improved as some of the hair oil had leaked when I opened the box though.
