Africa Mobile is a scam

I took a contract last year June but each time I check credit score the balance doesn’t change. I sent them an email requesting my contract and my balance and no one responded to me. I want to settle the account because I have had enough of their rude agents. Afrimobile is stealing our money and when they notice that you are aware they no longer respond to your emails and calls. I regret buying a phone with this scammers.

Bad experience and service I have a contract for almost 2years now but since day one I received the phone it has issues and I never reserved any data or airtime,when I call I don't get an answers for their consulted but I'm paying the phone every month I don't even use it I had to buy a new phone because of their incompetent staff ..

I didn't receive my delivery and money was already taken out of my account stolen stolen no answer

Ive been with Africa mobile for a while now and they gave me the best service so far. Don't know how others can speak bad of this company. My upgrade is due soon, I'm going to upgrade also with them woth a tablet.

They blocked my phone meanwhile am still good to them now they don't fix my phone

I was given a cell phone contract and a debit order approved on my side a few days after that they asked me to send my 3 months bank statement and payslip that's when I told them that I recently changed banks and lam only one month with the current bank so they told me I can wait for two more payments and then reapply so the contract was cancelled they kept on sending messages as reminders and tried to deduct but didn't find any money today 29th November 2025 I received money from someone on my way to withdraw the money they deducted R508 I never received anything from them no data, no airtime and no new cell phone.

A very bad experience with them, they don't communicate they just lie and keep on debiting money from the account sometimes they don't load data and airtime but the minute you don't pay for a month they lock your phone

They debited money on my account even though I didn't received the phone and I have requested so many times that they need to stop calling me and cancel the debit order but they didn't and now they are not replying to my emails

So, I have 2 phone contracts with Africa Mobile and I was very happy with it. But this week for some reason, even though my account is not in arrears, they have blocked me 3 times. Every agent I have spoken to this week has told me that I have "extra" money on the account. So, every time they blocked me, they apologized and unlocked my phone. It's now Friday night and I am trying to get a hold of anyone on all channels, and no one is responding. So, am I going to have my phone blocked for the whole weekend, because no one works on the weekend. I honestly don't know what to do. Please can someone get in contact with me. Obviously don't call me on my cell because you locked it.

Every single month you make payments. Africa mobile doesn't load your data or minutes. When you call them to esculate the issue you are given a reference number which by the way means nothing. I logged a call in June (AM2025061100013) because data was not loaded, logged a call again on the 25 July (AM2025072500031). No one responds. Called again today 30 July and their rude service agents gives you a lot of excuses just to log another reference number (AM2025073000047) again. Worst service providers and customer service you can find. If there was an option for no star I will give you a zero rating.

I am very disappointed n the service is took a contact phone with Africamobile to my disappointment if I travel out of my province than I don't have network this device only works in my province I called numerous times and always get promises that someone will get back to me!! And today I am sending the device back to Africa mobile wil never refere any onto Africamobie

My phone has been locked 3 times this month and when I call they tell me my profile is mixed with another person profile sikhumbuzo... I don't know who the hell that is.. I have asked for a manager many times and who ever is responsible but recently I have learned that they are not at the office, they never call back and they don't have offices in Midrand. The agent in their office confirmed that they will never call me back I'm forget.. it is what it is with my profile and phone so basically I'm being frauded

i was told to use this email to do cancellation but its not going anywhere... i need to cancell within 7 working days. I want to cancel the contract of Samsung Deals, under my name called Miss Nosizwe Mahanjana. I have check your reviews on social & other media. i cant continue with due to the fact that people are complaining about the simcard that are not working properly. but people have been paying for everymonth without solving the biggest problem of the SImcard not working.
I would appreciate it if you can cancel any contract with you including my Account Debit Orders / Mandates with my Capitec account please...

I want to cancel my contract but your sales team can't assist me when I call I get someone telling me that the contract is with the sales team and the Sales team is refusing to cancel my debit order since I'm no longer interested in taking a phone.
