Great Experience! Federico was easy to deal with, as visitors from U.S. we were not familiar with the rental process but he walked us through it and made it as easy as possible. Deposit was refunded promptly with no issues.

Esiste solo un aggettivo per descrivere questa esperienza: FAVOLOSA!
Da quando mi sono messo in contatto con loro non c’è stata nessuna sbavatura.
AF non mi ha solo affittato un Ferrari 488 Spider in occasione del mio quarantesimo compleanno, non solo mi ha fatto vedere un parco auto da sogno, ma mi ha dato molto di più.
Mi ha fatto sentire parte di qualcosa di grande, un servizio impeccabile a partire dalla professionalità della segreteria, alla simpatia e alla preparazione del driver che mi ha consegnato la macchina, per un secondo mi sono sentito come se la stessi acquistando tanto era l’interesse a farmi sentire a mio agio.
E per finire la generosità di Federico, il titolare, che ha voluto anche farmi un piccolo omaggio per la celebrazione del mio compleanno, un gesto che ho veramente apprezzato.
Che dire, sto già pensando di ripetere l’esperienza.

Esperienza fantastica, fino al giorno prima pensavo addirittura potesse essere “una sola” dato il rapporto servizio/prezzo. Io ho noleggiato una Ferrari con autista a vista e l’autista (Andrea) è stato gentilissimo! Il proprietario (Federico) sempre disponibile e sempre pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda! Ottimo servizio! Davvero!

We stayed several days in Milano and rented two cars (Bentley GT and Ferrari 488 Spyder). Everything was perfect. When you make appointment at 9:00am they are there at 9:00am. The cars are really clean inside and outside, everything maintained perfectly, for example best tire brand, no damage, you do not feel that it is a rental car.
All employee were friendly and easy-going.
They also can dispatch the cars around europe, like Swiss, France, Austria, Germany.
Highly recommened.

Iniziando dal fatto che il proprietario è molto gentile e alla mano, cerca di accontentarti in tutto. Abbiamo noleggiato la Lamborghini Aventador per il nostro matrimonio.. il ragazzo che ci ha seguiti è stato molto bravo e disponibile. Mio papà e mio marito sono rimasti contentissimi dalla guida dell'auto.. oltre alle foto che sono venute bellissime.

I ordered the Mercedes-Benz S class convertible at AF Luxury Rent in the September of 2018 for a three-week trip through the Netherlands, Belgium and France. All preliminary questions were settled without delay – thanks a lot to Federico. And after solution of all questions I was looking forward to the day of my trip. The car was delivered to Amsterdam exactly at the appointed time. It was clean and in excellent condition – everything as in the site photos. Throughout the trip I didn’t have any problems with the car and obtained just pleasure from it and from our trip. The car returning was also quick and comfortable for me. Therefore, I still have the best memories of this tripe and I definitely will order a car from Federico next time. And of course, I can recommend AF Luxury Rent and its cars!

Mi sono rivolta ad AF per una Ferrari 488 per 3 giorni a Parigi per il mio capo, il personale di AF lo attendeva puntuale agli arrivi con l'auto in perfette condizioni. Consigliato!

Un emozione indescrivibile sin dai primi istanti, scendere in quel fantastico garage e poter ammirare un parco auto da sogno.
Ho noleggiato personalmente tre auto, BMW M4, LAMBORGHINI GALLARDO, PORSCHE CAYENNE.
Macchine perfette esteticamente sia esteriormente che internamente, e sempre pulite come fossero nuove.
Federico è sempre disponibile e puntuale.

I was together with my wife and with my 1-year-old son on the highway in Milan, Italy, with the intention to go to a skiing trip in France. Due to an unexpected accident, my personal car broke down ,reason for which I had to call upon the services of a car rental company. Hence, I called upon the services of AF GROUP SRL and I informed them about the fact that I wanted to go by a rented car to France, for a fix period of 2 days.
I wasn’t informed about the terms and conditions of the agreement, and together with the car an agreement was handed to me, the text of which was exclusively in Italian, without any mention in English. This agreement wasn’t explained to me, the hidden conditions were not mentioned, and neither was the fact that during the days in which I was renting the car I could drive only a specific number of kilometres and that exceeding such limit meant an additional cost. Moreover, I was not informed about the additional cost which I had to pay for any extra kilometre and neither was it mentioned in the Agreement.
Following the fact that I had exceeded the kilometre limit imposed, AF GROUP SRL took the amount of EUR 800 from my wife’s debit card. When she refused to pay at the bank, we were given the rental agreement (attached) which was surprisingly filled in and stamped with a translation into English of the main contractual provisions. This completion was made after signing the agreement, the trader having probably realised that it is totally unallowed to have such an attitude towards the consumer and he tried to hide, even in front of the bank, the irregularities in the agreement.
The contractual relationship between a consumer and a trader should be proper, honest and profitable for both parties and should not at all cheat and hurt the consumer, as this contractual relationship was.
I do not recommend, at any circumstances, to rent a car from AF GROUP company!
