Affordable Doors Recenzje

The webpage was easy to navigate and select items required.
Follow up service from the team was great, my order was pushed through quickly to prevent shipping delays (I live in a fairly remote area).
Quality of the items received was great, and instructions for installing the door and window were found on the website and via QR links supplied.
A follow up query, due to a mistake by me, was dealt with extremely efficiently and professionally.

Pricing with the company is very competitive, with a wide range of options and colours to suit all needs and budgets. As work progresses, I will more than likely be placing further orders.

Firstly really great quality windows and door that look excellent and we are VERY happy with.

Additionally:

1. Absolutely fantastic customer service, quick to answer questions and super helpful/ polite (thank you Craig). Very good communications throughout (pre-purchase, during transit and post) and great with follow-up questions.

2. Great price in comparison to other companies (I looked at lots of competitors and these guys were the best).

3. Really quick and well priced delivery and tracking. They told us exactly when the doors and windows would arrive and that is what happened.

Save yourself stress and hassle and go with this company. They’re excellent!

I cannot rate these guys highly enough. Really competitive price wise which does always make you a little nervous. We needn’t have worried - this company has been wonderful to deal with from start to finish. They are very responsive to emails and phone calls. Excellent customer service. I won’t go anywhere else now and have recommended them to friends and family.

Excellent product and customer service.
Advice given whilst fitting the windows was priceless for a first time DIYer!
The delivery driver went up and beyond pointing out little tricks of the trade for when I fitted my patio doors
Thoroughly recommend

Amazing customer service - I changed my mind about the size late on Wednesday with delivery scheduled for early Thursday morning. Neil jumped on it for me and incredibly managed to arrange for the delivery to be stopped and the new size to be dispatched. Really couldn’t ask for anything more!

Great set of doors. The order arrived on time and was easy to install. Exactly what I wanted and great communication from ordering through to delivery. Can’t fault the service or the quality. Happy customer.

The service and help was amazing. Neil took the time to talk with my builder to make sure everything was correct before I ordered. The doors and windows arrived within a couple of weeks and look great now they’re installed. 5* - Thoroughly recommend.

This company failed to provide vital information on their website regarding the aesthetics of an item purchased. Their excuse being that the wording 'woodgrain effect' would be too much wording for the website, which is a completely unacceptable and unprofessional excuse considering this is quite vital information and would ultimately alter someones decision to make a purchase. They have therefore broken the below regulation:

Under The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, Regulation 6 Misleading Omissions:

Giving insufficient information about the product
7.12 Practices may also mislead by failing to give consumers the information they need to make an informed choice in relation to a product. This occurs when traders omit or hide material information or provide it in an unclear, unintelligible, ambiguous or timely manner and the consumer takes or is likely to take a different decision as a result.

They also fail to confirm this important piece of information once confirmation is sent by email, although they ask you to check all of the details thoroughly....How are you supposed to check details which are omitted?!

I would usually let something like this slide, but i'm nearly £800 out of pocket and this company is unwilling to take any accountability for their errors.

Affordable doors were outstanding throughout. Communication was great, we knew when the doors would be delivered and they arrived bang on time. The doors themselves arrived exactly as we ordered them and look perfect. After sales support was spot on too as we needed some advice on hinge adjustment. I would have no hesitation in recommending.

Perfect experience and the doors look fantastic. I can highly recommend. Thanks to Neil for explaining all the details and talking me through everything.

Neil is incredibly kind and helpful and was on hand to answer questions. The price was excellent and the quality of both windows and doors I received was brilliant, and I am very fussy over these things. The 'Argon gas as standard' is a bonus - my new office is so incredibly well insulated, it is quite unbelievable. Highly recommended over the competitors.

I was given brilliant advice and support at all stages. The doors themselves are great, they are built well and look fantastic. All in all, a great experience, I would happily recommend.

Great customer service. Have used this company before and will definitely use them again. Smashing window this time. Made exactly to my requirements. Delivered on the day as promised. Thanks to Neil and his team.

Initially good customer service but as soon as sale secured they didn’t really want to know. Told them it was for a juliet balcony but they only offer a lock both sides. Told I could get a blanking plate from eBay and very helpful to obtain that. What they didn’t tell me is that lock would need to be essentially cut in half so the plate would fit. The quality of the doors isn’t good, they are drafty, lots of condensation which leak through the lock itself and drip onto the carpet. Another set of doors/3 windows in the room and no issues with those whatsoever. 2 other tradesman have looked and say the doors are the issue.

Very pleased with my purchase and the support received throughout. Incredibly professional and helpful.

Excellent service. Ordered a grey door for my garden office .. delivered within a week . The back up team are very good (thanks boys ) .again excellent. service.. will definitely use again ..Mick

Thanks for all your help. Very quick replies to all questions. Over the moon with how they look.

I can’t pick a fault with the service or the products. Neil was fantastic start to finish its so refreshing to find a company that has actual hands on experience rather than a sales person. Would 100% recommend.

Excellent!

Prompt, efficient and so good to speak easily to a human! Neil and Craig were excellent with their communications.

Highly recommend

Great service from start to finish. Thanks again to all for your advice throughout, even out of hours. The doors arrived on time and were perfect for the job.
