Great Prompt Response
Affordable Contractors Insurance always responds very quickly, usually within minutes, to answer my questions or take care of my problems. Other insurance brokers I have dealt with don't even get back to me the same day.

Super great customer service
I’m very new to all this insurance stuff and honestly it can be confusing and stressful, but Affordable Insurance and Ron Allred’s team made everything simple and comfortable for me. They truly lived up to their name by giving me coverage that actually fits my budget while still taking the time to explain everything clearly so I understood what I was getting.
What impressed me the most was their dedication and customer service. I reached out late at night and they responded around 10 p.m., sending me three different documents I needed right away so I could move forward without delays. That kind of responsiveness and willingness to help, especially after normal business hours, really shows how much they care about their clients.
Ron and his team treated me with patience and respect, never making me feel dumb for asking basic questions as a first‑timer with insurance. They walked me through each step, answered every question, and made sure I felt confident in my decisions. From a referral from a friend I called for a quote and talked with Tim, we went over what I needed and was told I would get a call back in just a few minutes. A few minutes went by and Tim called me back, quoted me, gave me options and shortly after I'm insured. I call that great service and great business. Thank you.

No muss no fuss
Easy all tge way around. Nomads and no fuss that we normally run into when looking at our options in the commercial liability arena. Sales rep was very knowledgeable and put me in the right fit for my company needs. He was very quik , to the point and did not attempt to over sell me. Personable as well.

Stacey & Ryan were the bomb.
I got some really silly runarounds from about 4 different insurance companies (big and small), and then Stacey and Ryan came in and saved the day. They went above and beyond, and I'm really grateful. 10/10, would recommend! Helpful, informative, down to earth, and efficient - you can't ask for more than that!
