I am from the US and had an amazing experience with Phoenix Aesthetics! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel comfortable, informed, and truly cared for. The entire team is professional, attentive, and very knowledgeable, which made such a big difference throughout my journey.

My results are coming along beautifully, and I’m really happy with how everything is healing so far. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the process, and provide clear aftercare instructions, which helped me feel confident every step of the way.

What I appreciated most was how supportive they were both before and after my procedure. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and their outcomes.

Cat Eye und Brow Lifting

Ich habe ein cat-eye und brow lifting machen lassen, ich bin mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden. Leider hatte ich anfangs leichte Komplikationen (die nichts mit der Qualität der Operation zu tun hatten) und Phoenix hat sich sofort um alles gekümmert und Kontakt zum Arzt aufgenommen und zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit gelöst.
Es wurden alle Transporte und das Hotel für mich gebucht, es war immer eine sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter bei mir, die mich sogar bis zum OP begleitet hat und mir nach der OP auch alle Medikamente besorgt hat. Ich kann es nur empfehlen eine Operation zusammen mit Phoenix zu planen, da es vor Ort vieles leichter macht und weil nicht alle Mitarbeiter in den Krankenhäusern Englisch sprechen.

I had a cat-eye and brow lift done, and I am very satisfied with the result. Unfortunately, I had some minor complications at the beginning (which had nothing to do with the quality of the surgery), and Phoenix immediately took care of everything, contacted the doctor, and resolved the situation completely to my satisfaction.

All transportation and the hotel were booked for me. There was always a very friendly staff member with me, who even accompanied me to the surgery and also got all my medications for me after the operation. I can highly recommend planning a surgery together with Phoenix, as it makes many things much easier on site, especially since not all hospital staff speak English.

Myself and my daughter went with Phoenix for my daughter to have breast augmentation.

We choose phoenix because of the detailed and in depth plan. We also had access to the surgeon doing the procedure and his past work.

When we arrived at Istanbul airport we were collected by one of their drivers who took us to our hotel. All the time phoenix was in touch with us. We stayed at the hotel the night and were collected in the morning for my daughter’s operation. We met the surgeon and discussed size and what Poppy wanted. He was an amazing surgeon with perfect English, he understood what Poppy wanted and she was prepared for surgery.

Poppy originally went in for just breast augmentation however when Poppy was under Anastasia I received a call from the surgeon asking if it was possible at all to do a lift also. He advised me that just augmentation wouldn’t look good and for a really good outcome he felt it necessary. My daughter and I spoke prior to surgery about what she wanted and expected. The surgeon was a proper perfectionist and wanted to do the best job possible. We was not charged for the extra surgery either. Poppy is so pleased with the surgery and the outcome.

I would 100% recommend phoenix the only thing that was not great was where the hotel was situated however after talking to them about this they have agreed to change hotel locations.

They took us shopping and out to eat because our hotel wasn’t near anything and it’s the little things that make this company stand out.

This was my first surgery ever and I came alone on the trip. I came to Istanbul for a rhinoplasty. Phoenix team and Can made me feel super comfortable and constantly checked on me throughout my stay. My experience has been supported by a really great patient coordination staff. They are extremely communicative and provide quick responses. On the day of surgery they escorted me from the hotel to the hospital and stayed with me the entire time. This made the surgery day easy, providing translation the entire time.

The Dr. was very kind and caring. I picked him overall because I really liked his work. He achieves natural results which I feel like I was able to get.

The recovery has been great so far, no issues or complaints.

I was looked after the minute I arrived, I was very anxious as I am petrified of the dentist but my time and treatment was amazing I had the dentistry work done whilst I was awake as I normally have any work done under an anaesthetic. I now have beautiful teeth and it’s given me such confidence now, I smile without covering my mouth. I highly recommend phoenix 100%.

i could not thank Phoenix enough for everything they did before, throughout and after my time with them. before traveling to another country to get a procedure i was extremely nervous about the staff at Phoenix showed nothing but support and gave me all the answered i needed by answering every question i threw at them. during my time in Istanbul/hospital all staff was absolutely amazing from first entering to leaving. all of the patience and support was very comforting. i have arrived back home more than happy with everything, i couldn’t be more happy or more grateful. having the support from staff at phoenix waiting and talking before the operation till after then always checking in over whatsapp and always having that support when having check ups too. I’ve recently had breast implant replacement and uplift, I heard of phoenix through social media and contacted them to find out more about their service. Everything was so straightforward and easy , they organise everything for you including the surgery, night in hospital , hotel, transfers , all follow up and aftercare, all you need to organise is your flights. They do ask for payment in cash which you pay following your consultation with the doctor which I was apprehensive about at first as in England we are very much a cashless society now so aren’t used to carrying large sums of money but in Turkey they are very much a cash country and they get charged alot of taxes if don’t use cash so it is helping them as a country by doing this for them and we just split it between our hand luggage and didn’t get questioned at all at airport. When you arrive in Turkey they provide a representative to be with you , they help with all translating, if anyone doesn’t speak good English and support you through out surgery and all appointments and you can contact them by phone day or night. Can who helped me was absolutely amazing and I can’t thank him enough . Everything was so well organised and straightforward and the surgery went brilliantly. Thank you Phoenix Aesthetics!

Having a surgery in another country was scary for me, but having a coordinator who helped through the process made it seamless. Having a transfer already prepared is something that made me more comfortable, as well as having someone to walk through every step, from hotel check in, medications and even just checking in on how you’re healing. Amazing from start to finish. Everyone went above and beyond especially our patient coordinator Sanem. Everyone involved in my Rhinoplasty operation was incredible and the same is true for my mother’s dental treatment (Veneers). My night nurse during my hospital stay after my surgery was also second to none. The Phoenix team even made my birthday special while I was there. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone. We’re both so incredibly happy with the whole process and our results ! Thank you so much to everyone involved.

Tbis was not discussed at all and was an absolute shock when I looked
I have never seen or heard any clinic doing this,! It has caused me so much distress. The reason for this is it’s a quicker less skilled way to do the surgery! I am now scared for life when the reason I had my op was so I could wear sleeveless clothing now I have to cover up completely as the scar is not on the inside of my arm ! £3800 was charged extra £200 for a balcony. They starve you for 8hours after the op with a milk soup. Please trust this review 100 go elsewhere

The team looked after me from start to finish! From transfers to and from airport and hotel to and from surgery! But also because I travelled alone that made sure to be my support system not just during surgery, but after. I was able to contact them and get a speedy reply every day for reassurance. They also supplied all medication with instructions. My surgeon was also fantastic! Listened to what I wanted exactly and spent so much time in surgery trying to perfect it. I like the simulation aspect where you literally sit and design your nose with your surgeon. Phoenix sorted my hotel and the staff were lovely, even doing pharmacy trips for me! Room service was also very affordable! I am so happy with the results, but for me the team is what stands out with the company. Was scary going through it alone but they made sure to hold my hand all the way!
