I made an order for 2 aesthetic pens on the 12th of September told expected delivery would be the 19th of September! I am yet to receive anything from them! I think they are a scam business and company who do not value their clients. What on earth did I pay express delivery for? If you can’t even send an order out. And express means next day not snail mail more than a week! It’s absolutely shocking and disgraceful! I want a full refund back and don’t ever purchase anything from these people!

We are very sorry to read your review and would like to provide clarity on this situation.
Your order for two white aesthetic pens was placed on 12th September and dispatched the same evening at 8:39pm via Royal Mail First Class, as evidenced by our proof of postage which we sent to you. While Royal Mail deliveries are usually reliable, unfortunately, parcels can very occasionally be delayed or lost in transit - something outside of our control despite our best efforts to dispatch promptly.
This morning (21st September), after you contacted us by email, our customer service agent responded within 13 minutes offering a sincere apology & two immediate options to rectify the situation:
1. A full refund processed straight away, or
2. A replacement order sent by Royal Mail upgraded delivery, free of charge, with aim to arrive by Tuesday 23rd September.
We also attached proof of your original dispatch to our reply.
Following your response requesting a replacement “as soon as possible” and also a complimentary £3 pencil marker for the inconvenience, we prepared your replacement order accordingly. However, at the same time we noticed your 1* Trustpilot review describing our company as a scam and demanding a refund.
We must point out that your review is inflammatory, defamatory, and unfair. It is also, in our view, unethical given that we had responded promptly, provided evidence of dispatch, and offered immediate solutions within minutes of your first email. Publicly describing our business as a “scam” in these circumstances is damaging and does not reflect the facts of the situation.
We have since contacted you again by email to ask you to confirm your preference - whether you would like the replacement (with the complimentary pencil marker included) or a full refund - so that we can resolve this swiftly. We have worked throughout the day to try to rectify this issue for you as quickly as possible.
As you will appreciate, postal losses are outside of our control, but we always strive to put things right immediately for our customers. It is understandably frustrating for you as a customer when delays occur, but it is equally frustrating for us as a business when we dispatch promptly and the delivery service fails.
In light of this, and after reviewing the correspondence, our CEO and founder has chosen to personally make a £20 donation to the Mind charity (rounded up from the value of your original order). As a fellow medical professional, they feel strongly about the importance of treating others with respect, kindness, and dignity, and about supporting mental health causes within our wider community.
We would respectfully encourage reflection on how we all respond to one another - particularly where small businesses are working hard to deliver excellence in service and support. We remain committed to resolving this matter quickly and fairly and await your confirmation on whether you would prefer the refund or the replacement.
*EDIT following correspondence received* Thank you for your confirmation that you would like a replacement, this has been dispatched with upgraded RM service and you have been provided with tracking details. We have replaced the original order and included a complimentary pencil as a gesture of goodwill.
*EDIT update on replacement order* A replacement order was subsequently received by yourself within 48 hours of your initial contact with us regarding the missing parcel, with Royal Mail tracking confirming delivery. We again apologise for the inconvenience caused and hope that this resolution has rectified the matter for you as quickly as possible. As promised, we also included a complimentary pencil marker, which was confirmed in our correspondence with you.

Pens stated that they were washable. I used these to landmark for cheek Volume restoration and were really difficult to remove, causing some discomfort to the patient.

Beautiful pens, easy to use, don’t wipe off too easily when drawing through ultrasound gel which is quite uniquely helpful for me when planning injection sites during ultrasound mapping. Yet easy to wipe off after when needed. I’m impressed. Slick, and wonderful. Well done!!!

I ordered marking pencils, brush tip pen, and a plier. Jemma is a gem to deal with.. She was so patient and helpful as the was a delay due to Custom clearance. After 3 attempts I got my order delivered.
I enjoyed using everything i purchased but absolutely love the brush tip marker. It gives me crisp, precise lines, easy to wipe off skin. Will definitely repurchase.

To allow easier removal of the markings:
1. Allow the markings to dry fully prior to cleaning.
2. Our easy-to-clean formula can be removed with sodium hypochlorite skin cleaning solutions (e.g. Clinisept+) or isopropyl alcohol wipes.
3. Sterile medical gauze saturated in Sodium Hypochlorite skin solution (e.g. Clinisept+) is the quickest and easiest way to remove markings.

Fast delivery with lovely personal touch. Pens are great for marking up skin dont rub off and easily come off with minimal rubbing with clinicept or skin alcohol wipe.

Fantastic marking up pens, and a lovely case to keep them in. Pens are brilliant for demonstrations and teaching as well as providing more complex dermal filler treatments. Super highly pigmented, but they wipe off easily when needed! Very impressed with the quality too.
