Had 2 separate problems with my 2 TV's. Same day service quickly & efficiently dealt with which involved going in the loft & on the extension roof. Thanks Ricky for a job well done & all sorted.

booked an appointment with a local firm, came a day late, could fix the problem, told me I need sat dish etc, costing thousands£££. Phone Aerialforce, ame within an hour, A lovely man called Adrian, spent hours, going through everything, replace adaptor box, retuned all 8 tv's, and didn't leave until every tv was up and working. I cannot recommend this company or Adrian enough, and will certainly recommend to anyone who is having problems with their tv. Excellent service, would give 10 stars if permitted. Thank you Adrian, your a star!!!!!

The Engineer, Ash, was exceptionally competent and very pleasant. He resolved a number of issues in a quick and professional manner. I would thoroughly recommend him.

I engaged Aerialforce to repair our TV, as the picture had disappeared and they promised "same day service". We were told that their technician would call us 45 mins before he was due to arrive the same day. We got a call from him later in the day, stating that he was waiting outside the apartment! We had to drop everything we were doing and return to our apartment to let him in. He spent about an hour testing things and then told us we needed some new parts. After consulting his office, he told us that to get the TV working would cost us £1,711.20!!! We were shocked but were told that the price quoted was already a discounted price and there were no other options. We accepted this in good faith, believing that it was an honest and fair quote. We paid 50% that night. He was due to arrive the next morning with the parts, and complete the job between 09:00 and 11:00. By 5PM he still had not arrived, and eventually arrived at 6PM. `Another day wasted for us. About 3 hours later, the parts were installed and the TV was working. After he left, I decided to independently check the price of the new parts he installed, and found that they totalled some £350 plus a few small cables, lets say another £50. There was also a call out charge of £69 which I considered reasonable. My complaint was why was I charged £1711.20 for a job which should have cost around £500!! Furthermore, the next morning, one of the TV's failed again!! I have complained to the company, asking for a detailed breakdown of the costs for the job, however they absolutely refuse to do so and are threatening me with legal action should I not pay the balance. I highly recommend that any customers steer well clear of this company!! They are not to be trusted. Their technicians dont arrive on time and it appears that they grossly overcharge and are not prepared to present a breakdown of their exorbitant costs. Beware.

Lee was very proficient and did a good job putting an extra TV aerial socket in our bedroom.. very impressed with his knowledge and would highly recommend.

Used aerial force to mount sky glass tv on wall. Russell came round to provide a quote on the same day I enquired and done the job following day. As well as mounting tv to wall Russell also sorted out the electrics, hiding the wire into the wall. He was extremely professional and respectful of our home with the work being completed to an extremely high standard.

We telephoned Aerial Force for a quote, they sent a guy called Gavin the same day. We wanted an aerial fitted in our loft as our outdoor aerial was a problem with birds. Gavin first did a test to ensure we could get a good reception, as he wasn't sure. After doing a test he said it was fine to put our aerial in the loft and gave us a quote. We accepted his quote and he said he could do the installation straight way. He then installed the aerial straight away and it was all completed very quickly. He was an excellent worker and I would definitely recommend Gavin to anyone.

I called the company in the morning and by 2pm Ricky St. John was here. My builder had moved the aerial on the roof and I wasn't sure what cables applied but he sorted it all out within 30 minutes. Great service!

Fantastic service yesterday 22nd July. Hubby in bed poorly ! Tele needed mounting on bedroom wall. Ash and Jake made a great team. Polite,friendly,helpful and job was done quickly and efficiently. Would use Aerialforce again and would recommend them for sure

i had aerial extention fitted. it does not work. arranged for an engineer to come out and fix it on sat but they cancelled . not been given refund or any help what so ever. avoid at all costs. u will get ripped off

Martin came today and fitted a new satellite dish and cable as well as setting up my new freesat box. I'm very happy with the service provided by this company and happily recommend them. Martin was very helpful and friendly. He did an excellent job.

Had reason to moan about Aerialforce 2 days ago, and have since spoken to their customer care department. They understood my problem and have immediately refunded my payment in full, so top marks to them for dealing with problem so quickly. Well done Aerialforce.

I called aerialforce with an enquiry about my lack of signal to my Humax Freesat box, They sent an engineer the same morning to my property who quickly diagnosed that I needed a new Satellite Dish installing.
After he gave me a quote for the work to be done & completed some paperwork he started doing the job straight away. He had all the necessary parts onboard his van & was very pleased with the installation & how quickly he carried out the work! Thanks for your excellent service Lee!
