We would like to clarify a few important points regarding our giveaway accounts.

Giveaway challenges are not equivalent to our paid 2-step programs. They are promotional accounts with clearly stated rules, different risk profiles, and different trading conditions. These terms are publicly disclosed before registration, and every participant competes under the same conditions. Nothing is “tailored” to prevent users from passing.

The reduced crypto leverage on giveaway accounts is a standard risk-control measure used across the industry, especially during large promotions where thousands of accounts are activated at once. It does not prevent profitability; it simply limits exposure per trade to ensure platform stability and fairness for all participants.

Profit targets, drawdown, and monthly limits for giveaway accounts are also disclosed upfront and are intentionally more restrictive than paid programs because they are provided for free.

These conditions do not apply in any way to paid traders, who operate under our regular rules, leverage, and payout structure.

Hi,
we’re sorry to read your review, but what you described does not match our procedures at all.

Our giveaways never require any reviews to claim a prize. Winners receive instructions publicly and redeem their reward by opening a support ticket on our official Discord server, not through private chats or friend requests.

We never ask for personal information, investments, or crypto details. Any user asking such things is not part of our staff. All our team members are clearly marked with the “Staff / Support” role on Discord and will never contact users privately.

If someone contacted you privately asking for unusual information, it was not us. This is exactly why we warn users to avoid interacting with impersonators.

Regarding the 5-star reviews: our community is very active and many traders share their real experiences, payouts, and calls with us daily. Accusing hundreds of users of being “bots” is simply incorrect.

We invite you to contact our official support team so we can verify what happened and help you identify who contacted you.
We take scams and impersonation extremely seriously, and we always assist users who report suspicious behaviour.

we take these accusations very seriously, but the claims in your review do not reflect how our firm operates.

We have never denied a payout with “random excuses”. Every payout is reviewed based on the risk parameters clearly stated on our website. When a payout is denied, we always provide detailed evidence directly to the trader, including trade logs and the specific rule that was violated.

Copy trading investigations are not based on “same pair, same direction”.
Millions of traders take similar positions.
What we detected in your case was a high-correlation pattern:
– nearly identical entries
– time clustering down to seconds
– same sizing logic
– repeated behaviour across multiple days
This is a standard procedure across all regulated and non-regulated trading firms to protect our liquidity partners. We never deny payouts without verifiable data.

We do not introduce rules randomly or without announcement.
All rules are public, timestamped, and visible on our official website. Any updates are posted in advance through our channels. You were evaluated strictly under the rules active at the moment of your payout request.

Regarding giveaways:
Yes, we occasionally run promotional events, but no review—positive or negative—is ever required. Thousands of traders have posted genuine experiences, including public payout proofs and calls with our team. Accusing the entire community of being “fake” is simply not accurate.

We do not reject live accounts based on a single trade. Our risk team reviews the overall trading behaviour across the entire challenge, including consistency, risk profile, and adherence to the rules.

The “minimum 6-minute rule” is not a standalone reason for rejection. It is only one of several factors used to detect high-frequency scalping strategies, which are not allowed on live accounts due to liquidity and risk constraints.

In your case, our team identified multiple trades falling within restricted scalping parameters, combined with other elements that indicated an unsuitable strategy for a live environment.
We always provide a detailed explanation privately to the trader, which you also received.

We do not profit from failing traders — in fact, we encourage long-term funded traders because they are the backbone of the firm. Rejecting a valid account would go against our interests.

We're sorry the outcome wasn't what you expected for account 1000856.

Our Risk Team identified hedging patterns (correlated buys/sells across accounts) via real-time monitoring, prohibited under our ToS, even if accounts aren't personally known to you. Evidence was shared directly from the platform.

To maintain fairness, we couldn't validate the pass and offered a full reset instead.
