This is not fair. 6 days ago I wrote a review detailing how my 10k instant account just varnished from my dashboard. 6 days later, nothing has been done, no communication from AeonFunded. Should i consider my money lost? Should I take it that I have been scammed by a rouge firm? Is there a way out of this ? please trustpilot, how should i proceed with this matter? or is my matter so insignificant?

Horrible Firm, everyone should avoid them! They will deny you a funded account for a silly reason.
And even if you make it to payout they will never pay you out, go to there discord server and see how people are complaining.

They are yet to give me my funded account after making me pass phase 2 TWICE!!!! and still deny me 💔.

Most laggy and laziest prop firm ever seen.Requested payout on 11.01.26 ,still no update,same excuses every time. Should not waste time on such scammy fake Propfirm.

I have a aeon funded 1k$ instant standard account I have requested payout on that account on 13/1/2026 till now 6/2/2026 still my payout was in pending

They have a lot of bags a lot of times server go down pepole wait weeks for thwir payout I personally request from 16/1 they say max 72h that have pass and still on pending don’t wast your money and time on that the only thing that staff is saying be patient nothing else they don’t help the members

Don't trust this firm they are fully scammer.
I got scammed passed 4 working days my payout still pending also they have a lot of pending payouts.They Don't pay trader they just give excuse even I got restricted on discord by them just for telling about transparency.

Scam broker use at aeon funded. Fake move fake spike

One of the worst prop firm I have come across. They are playing All delay tactics. Pass phase 1 you will get phase 2 after week , pass phase 2 after week they we update you to start from phase 1 . Forget about live . Anyhow if u get live forget about payout they are not paying anyone. Stupid rules. Scam prop firm. Don’t ever get trapped by cheap accounts you will only get headaches by going with aeon funded. Dashboard and site always problems. Slow support. Worst prop firm in the industry.

This is a scam firm. They do not pay.
After waiting 18 days, my payment was rejected.
Do not waste your time or money here.

They rejected my payout over some nonsense rules and after 15 days of waiting.

They just need new users fees as a liquidity for them !!!!!

Through discipline, patience, and consistent execution, I generated $500 profit on a $5,000 instant pro account while trading a minimal 0.03 lot size. Despite this, the firm rejected my payout citing a rigid and unreasonable “6-minute minimum holding time” rule.

This company doesn’t value trader effort or risk management—they look for technical excuses to deny payouts. Enforcing a fixed holding-time rule on every trade, even losing ones, is absurd and clearly designed to reject withdrawals rather than support profitable traders.

A little story about my journey on aeon funded. The experience is so far horrible, first my day count on instant pro account is a mess, two days trades aren't being counted, the dashboard is saying something else and locked trades saying something else.. Secondly I purchased a few accounts from aeon a few months ago, unfortunately as aeon was shifting server after server, those accounts keep getting resetting everytime, infact they gave me a live account instead of eval account in recent shift, I talked to one of the mod and they changed my that live account ( that was sent by mistake) again to eval account and I have to start from zero again though that account was previously in plus. Now I have passed that account, aeon is asking me to show payment proof for purchasing, I checked my email and there wasn't any receipt from aeon of any account, I went to my trading dashboard to check the receipt and wow there is just one month old receipt data nothing old is there. Now aeon is saying they will suspend my live account most likely due to lack of payment proof, though their dashboard itself doesn't have previous data. I previously left 1 start review on trust pilot but removed it after a mod solved my problem. Definitely they deserve 1 star, I wish there were 0 star option so I can leave that. Bruh waste of time with this firm they don't have their database intact what else we can expect from them..

After successfully completing their very difficult evaluation, I was denied my funded account.

This is the exact reason they gave:
**“Following a thorough review by our Compliance Team, we have identified that you attempted to complete the KYC process using a different user identity on your second attempt.
Please be advised that performing KYC with multiple user identities is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of our terms of service. Due to this breach of protocol, we have decided to disable your account, effective immediately.”**

This allegation was raised only after I passed the evaluation.

No evidence was provided.
No prior warning was given.
No request for clarification was made.
No opportunity to resolve or correct anything.

I will like to bring to your notice that AEONFUNDED is a SCAM PROP FIRM. People should not buy their accounts because they won't pay them. I requested my payout since November 2025,and when I complained they removed me from their discord. I sent emails to their RISK TEAM but no response from them. Their dashboard is not working,they keep giving flimsy excuses.So many traders are trapped, they can't get payed. AEONFUNDED IS A SCAM.

At first it took me a while to get someone from their support team to answer my questions but when someone finally answered me everything went smoothly and they were very helpful.

Considerate to clients. Numerous offers. No consistency rules

Very bad customer support, need to wait aprox 10-15 min just to connect to a live agent, just because of their technical issues, I am stuck in the 1 st phase because their 3 day requirement is not updating in the dashboard. After reaching out to the support team, also issue has not been resolved, very disappointed with the firm.

They will never pay you out! I’ve waited for 2 months soon and they just tell you «you will get updated» but nothing ever happens! Stay away it’s a scam prop firm!

This is the fourth time I am reporting this issue, but it still hasn’t been addressed properly.

On the Aeon Funded dashboard, my total profit is shown as $106, whereas my actual total profit is $165. This discrepancy is incorrect and is causing confusion.

I have raised this concern multiple times, yet the problem remains unresolved. I request your immediate attention to investigate and correct this issue as soon as possible.

Please confirm once this error is fixed or let me know if any additional details are required from my side.
