The item I purchased was for a present. It wasn't wrapped in a courier or Australia Post bag and it had address stickers all over the box.

Pure garbage - your quality is appalling, your customer service is absolute shit - Whatever you use feels like a very cheap plastic, go figure why I have problems, not rocket science.

Less than one week I reported a faulty gazebo and No why would I want to buy more crap but still you choose to do nothing about it - Advice ? Don't sell any more shit , I know you must enjoy selling more replacements. Kings behave

Hi Andrew, two days after the purchase, I did reach out and was advised to purchase another gazebo re $80- for a new liner and $20 delivery to your store. Your sales said it would be cheaper to purchase another. So the only reason for this shocking review is for a positive response then it comes down forthwith.

Pole on hub snap second day, one anchor point come off, wall torn off gazebo, one plastic foot snap off the gazebo.

Ordered a roof rack on the website and kings did not have any stock. No refund due to there stuff up but gave me store which I didn't need. Ridiculous! I had to spend more money to get a roof rack from r somewhere else

This so called "Solar Regulator" is not doing what it is claimed to do, charging the battery. I have extensively tested the unit and send video and photos. 4WD Super Centre will not accept this.
I have replaced the controller with another brand and all works fine, further proving that the Kings unit is faulty. This is not an isolated incident...numerous cases reported online. The product needs to be withdrawn from sale.
I live over 100km from the store so cannot just drop in. There has been no offer of return postage. Very poor customer service and a substandard product. Do not purchase, spend your money elsewhere!
