I ordered and paid for a rooftop tent…

I ordered and paid for a rooftop tent with a mount for a solar panel. I picked up the tent, but the mounts were not provided.

Garbage service…

Garbage service… tent pole said it was in stock here in vic but apparently wasn’t. Waited 3 months for it and now isn’t needed.

The kayak is fine but it took many weeks for the pump to arrive with absolutely no communication about whether it was still coming and when.

Ordered one pole on 30/10/24 and still…

Ordered one pole on 30/10/24 and still not been delivered. Have contacted and said its still to be shipped. Doesnt take 15 weeks to find a pole.

delayed delivery without communication

delivery was delayed without informing us, this was not the fault of the courier service, this was the fault of adventure king, we know this because we received 2 of the 3 items ordered much earlier. Thanks andrew
