Being a customer service rep myself it is always important to recognize great customer service. I called back several times before ordering with this company and spoke to a few different reps. All of the rep were able to provide answers to all my questions. i enjoyed each one of their personalities. I placed my own order which was very easy and cheap.

I had not idea the tv I got from a tag sale need a lamp to keep it on. I researched the tv online and the Advanced Lamps was in my searches. I call customer service who asked for my model number. They even told me where to find the model number on the tv. I gave customer service the model number and they pull up the lamp I needed. I was able to purchase it right away. When it shipped I got a tracking number to tracking it. Ups delivered my lamp within 3 business days.

The price was right! The customer service was very helpful and professional. I will definitely purchase in the future when I need anything. my children love love love television so I had to make sure the lamp was replaced in a short amount of time. I received my in within 3 business days as ordered.

Great company even, though this winter season; manages to ship on time I’ve purchased two different times this month for items that I really needed and received them in three to four days for only $5.00 each order per item.
