Horrific company putting you in danger
This company puts customer's life and personal information in danger. The fact that they are forced on us by doctors is just absolutely horrific.
Personal information:
These people ship all calls and support overseas, to countries who have no proper agreements to protect customer data, and quite frankly, have been known to use this to populate spam databases. This is unacceptable, but still being done. Rather than pay US wages, they'd rather just ship the work overseas
Life in danger:
These individuals refuse to ship necessary products out in a timely fashion. So, that product they shipped out to you, which has a life cycle expiration of 30 days, now will be shipped for 30 days, and you're stuck with an overlap, a period where you're not covered
Their inept staff claim "this is because of insurance", but this is factually false. INSURANCE allows for a buffer period of 3-5 days. Plenty of time to ship the product and get it to the customer so that they don't go through this overlap.
Looking through the multiple BBB complaints, they ship outdated, unworking nonsense as well, continually.
