I have paid off a loan the next day
I have paid off a loan the next day. On my contract it doesn't say that u have to come in to pay it nor does it says how many times u can pay off early. All I see it says is that u can pay it off early.

An easy quick loan with friendly service.
I walked in and because I’ve been there before, I was able to have them get my information. They then got me approved and gave me cash. This saved me having to make a second stop to get cash.

I came to this place initially with no …
I came to this place initially with no problems. However after coming in on my second visit I could truly say that the customer service skills here is nonexistent. Not only did the lady at the front desk NOT advise the customers sitting there for 30 mins til close that there was no cash available, but she failed to mention that upon receiving a check that it would not be able to be cashed unless done so before closing in order to validate the check. The WORST part of the entire ordeal occurs though when the lady prints the check out in my nickname and after discovering THEIR error after stepping a single foot out the door and realizing the mistake, I was advised that their corporate office was closed and that there was nothing that she could do for me until Tuesday. I’m STILL trying to figure out why they would even consider putting my nickname down anyways or allow customers to fill out their own sh**. The worst service I’ve ever seen.
