I couldn’t speak about other locations but the one at 31st and Mingo is very nice the customer service persons are Wonderful always friendly always helpful great experiences over about a one year period

Wonderful staff
I know there are new change that have taken place with advance America, but the staff have done a wonderful job with not only myse6but other customers. I observed while in the store when I was there.

The young man working at your 31st St
The young man working at your 31st St. location in Tulsa was OUTSTANDING in every way!!! He was friendly, efficient and caring. I was more than just a number to him. Your manager Lupita has trained him well and SUPERIOR customer service has been consistently delivered to me. As a 100 per cent disabled veteran and senior citizen I depend on Advance America to get me through occasional tough times.

Always good

I'm obviously struggling
Using a payday loan business means, to me anyway, that I'm struggling financially. The manager always makes me feel important and the conversation is positive and never about my current situation. I have come to really like her and respect her.
