I was treated with respect from the moment I entered the store. Payoff for other loan explained and handled with full knowledge of employee. She then gathered updated information and began the process of a new loan. Went through obtaining the loan step by step. Did not make me feel bad about needing a new loan. Was plea to and very knowledgeable. Smiled and thanked me for using your services. I would recommend your services and employee to everyone.

I have had 2 experiences at your store and winters though Ohio and I must say both the girls that had helped me when I was there did excellent jobs I also had the pleasure of meeting with one of the managers when I was there 1 day wonderful lady she's doing a good job however they all are doing now an awesome job thank you for your help

I cant say enough how I am treated there.So like family there.always a smile first name basis on both sides. Talk about our kids,food, weather and just laugh. I've know Beth for a long time she's SUPER easy talk to she gives fast service dont want to leave when she's done..

Started online ended up in a store.
Started online couldn't completely do the loan online. Two days later went to a store still could not do loan because the system was down. Went back to the store after the store phoned me and said the system was back up. Customer service was top notch. Very nice, helpful and friendly. Would go back just because of the guest service.
