The people are real
The people are real. No robots picking up the phone. No menus to go through. I met and talked to a wonderful woman named Jessica. Jessica Helped me and walked me through the process . She made it very easy. I wish anybody that needs a loan . Please come and see them there here to help.

Ms. Mary is always so friendly and she never forgets a name, which makes me feel appreciated and given respect, especially since sometimes its difficult going thru this process with a stigma. I've always only experienced respect, kindness and appreciation whenever I enter the Radcliff location knowing I will be greeted by Ms. Mary with a smile and personal greeting.
