I never wanted to have a negative experience because they gave me an opportunity when I needed it but my experience as of late has been horrible. Total truth and transparency here…I escaped a horrible situation, suffering with PTSD and put my title up for collateral, payments may be a day or two late but had a good open working relationship with the staff. Forgot a payment altogether and had to to a payday loan, still no issues until both came due at the same time, we worked through that, still had a payday loan and was hospitalized for 4 days causing them to deduct all out of my account, overdraft it to the tune of 800 and I have not been able to recover causing me to get further behind. All my doings to a degree other than the overdraft fees of 180. Fast forward to this week, they pick up my car, they have that right. I am told has to be paid in full, crappy but rarely can anyone achieve this. My payoff is 2800 plus fees, I offered 1400 guaranteed over the next 30 days, was told they are “waiting on it to post” whatever that means. I talked to the towing company and requested how much for towing and storage and was told a third party makes that determination. Who is “they”, who is the “third party” have been waiting for 2 days in an answer, had to call repeatedly today to get someone to answer and was told by Brooke that “she is still waiting for it to post” post where? I had to tell them who towed it, she acts like she’s waiting on responses, I’m trying to work something out to get my car back all the while racking up further fees and then she says “oh they won’t take payment plans” so getting half of payoff in 30 days won’t work but getting that same half amount in 8 months would’ve? I’m just trying to work something out, life happens to good people but this company doesn’t care about that nor you! Yes I take responsibility but I can’t help that I was in the hospital which started this avalanche. They don’t WANT to work anything out that is clear. I will continue to speak out about this both personally and publicly. These ghost third parties and fake no postings? Really you pick the car up and you have no clue who, when where? So anyone need a 2012 Kia Sorento with 200k mileage and body damage? Advanced America has one in Maryville Tn
