Someone opened an account in my name. I called the branch it happened at & they said it was on accident. How does this happen on accident? I do not recommend this company.

Daniel is an excellent Customer Service Representative at my local store. Even when I call him over the phone to repay my loan over the phone, he is very attentive and completes the transaction quick and easy. When going into the store, Daniel and I often engage in conversation as it relates to current events while completing my transaction. It is very comforting to visit this store when I have a financial need. Thank you, Daniel.

The staff at this store was very helpful, courteous and friendly. However, I'm confused as to why AA only allows you to get a $500 loan (Social Security net is $892) while Check 'n Go allows $600. My SS Income was even less when I started doing business with them.
