They do a fantastic job of helping when you are already in a rough situation. There is no judgement, only excellent customer service. Both Rachelle and Sam in the Lawrence office are just awesome!

Not only did they make me comfortable they work with you if something should arise!! They know you are not looking to have to borrow but it is a time of need and they are there to help you out with kindness and understanding can not say that enough!! I would recommend Advance America to anyone who asked looking to borrow in a hurry!! Thank you Advance America!!

Told both people in office pay on 3rd
Told both people in office pay on 3rd. Large part of their business pays on third got cash out go over on third they had already run check day before agreed cost $100 in overdraft fees.
THEY DO NOT HOLD TO WORD DO NOT TRUST !!!

No other lender requires my bank…
No other lender requires my bank account number and routing informations. This is very intrusive. Even though I showed a deposit date on Friday I was informed you would need copies of my pay statements in order to change the date. It goes without saying I needed the money. So now I will probably be charged an overdraft fee in addition to this. The i formation had to be re entered like 5 times and took an extended amount of time.
