I can't remember the guy that helped me…
I can't remember the guy that helped me his name. But I can tell you from the phone call to my store visit he was simply the best. I had a lot of questions since I was really leary on getting a loan. But he was awesome. Made the process so easy. I was literally in and out within 30 minutes. Explained everything to me. Thanks Guys, this location simply changed the game on customer service and helping customers.

Harassment
Harassment. Con people who spam via US Mail. Reviews are not real.
Edit: I've called all the numbers on the piece of mail and all 4 companies couldn't seem to help. Just stop sending me spam via US mail and we're good. I get the feeling none of this is legit so I probably won't get anywhere, again.
Mail started around May of 2023 and comes every month. They claim to be related to transunion. If you really want to resolve and thats not a copy and paste bot, check with BBB, I've finally filed a complaint. You can reach me through them

One of the female receptionist in the 500 Mark branch location seemed BIAS- I asked if she had a fax number she replied NO.
But of course we know that not true. I notice she was warm to other customers. I just didn’t appreciate her energy.
