Always use adore as number one golf grip seller. Had an issue with wrong postal address that I auto-filled. They changed within 24 hours and sorted the order out.

I ordered a TM driver adapter and paid via Googlepay. It didn't arrive and after several email queries it had been tracked and delivered to a completely different address. When I contacted Adore they told me to go and collect it from a place miles away from an address/person I don't even know ! They refused to offer a refund or send a replacment and wasn't interested. I advised that I would initiate a charge back and Andy Bell from Adore said that our conversation was being recorded and would be used as evidence for them to dispute the case. Ridiculous customer service over a £15 widget and was told ' if you order from using future it will be cancelled and refunded straight away'. No chance of that and beware if you use an automatic payment method, as anyone's guess where your delivery may end-up !

Good range of products, great service throughout the process and prompt delivery as per the initial notice given. Used twice recently, first time for grips and the second for a new shaft. Was pretty nervous about buying a shaft on line however was delivered exactly as ordered.Andy Bell was very helpful so a big shout out there.

The order process and delivery were excellent. The grips were delivered in a plastic pouch that had been excessively taped, meaning I needed to use scissors to get into the package. In doing so, I inadvertently snipped one of the grips. I registered the matter and the difficulty experienced with the company to be met with, at best, an indifferent attitude. No problem with the products but if your 60+ with arthritis, BE CAREFUL when dealing with the packaging.

Great experience, made a mistake when ordering, emailed Adore and resolved next morning and they swapped out midsize for standard, no fuss.

I recently ordered a set of 20 grips... There an error in my order. I tried to send the product back for replacement.
Communication with the customer service is very complicated...For example: I needed to write their phone number on the return label... The customer refuse to give it to me. I spent money to send the parcel back and after 2 weeks it was returned to me by Customs.
I asked for a prepaid bed label... No answer.
I'm a little bit disappointed. My first order in this website was ok but when you meet issues... You cannot count on the customer service.
