Great service, communication and delivery!
Preordered some items but the stock was later than expected. I was updated by email about the delay and reassured that my items would be sent as soon as they were in stock. Communication was perfect and i was updated throughout the delay.

run small
They are great quality but they run small 😔 my little one is 19 months, average not chubby I ordered 3 years old outfit for her and they look more like 1 year old. I compared the sizing the other outfits from different companies and they are definitely small
Size 3 is very big for my little one but the outfit I got from Adora , I doubt if it will still fit her in the next couple of months! And I can't replace it as I got it in sale. The description of the outfit says true to sizing but that's not the case...

Hi Patience
I am very sorry you received an item that was smaller in size for your little girl. We give size guides based our brands recommendations and also ours and our customers opinions but they are not always fool proof.
Please feel free to message us in future with regards to sizing and one of customer service team will be more than happy to help in choosing the perfect size for your little one.
We appreciate your custom
Thanks

Hi Alexandra
I’m really sorry about the delay with the delivery, with the Royal Mail strikes, all standard deliveries are still experiencing delays and we explained this in our email response to you.
We have checked the tracking and the order was delivered and signed for on the 10th January. Please contact us if you would like to see the signature on delivery
Have a lovely week
Best wishes
