I signed up for what was advertised as a “1-month free trial” of Adobe Stock, but I was not clearly aware that after just 14 days it would automatically convert into an annual subscription. When I tried to cancel, I was hit with a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the full annual plan.

This feels misleading and not transparent. A free trial should not quietly lock users into a long-term commitment with such a significant penalty.

I’m sharing this so others are aware before signing up. I hope Adobe makes these terms much clearer upfront, especially during the trial offer process.

No photo webside can be compared - Adobe sells the most ! But their AI has some serious flaws regarding pictures quality assessment or descriptin generation.I repeat no one can sell ammount of pictures like they do.

Overpriced, deceptive and not useful. AVOID THIS SERVICE! There are a lot of better options out there. In fact, any other site is a better value, with more assets and a better interface. Free trial converts to expensive subscription that has a hidden cancellation fee that is hundreds of dollars.

I used it to buy images but they sell AI generated images that are outrageous, the preview is too small to see all the errors and defects they have so you realize it only after you bought it. When you search you can disable the AI options but if you forget about it, then you waste your money. They should delete the AI option, or disable it by default, and let you choose if you want to enable it. It's crazy that if you submit images as a contributor they require perfection, but Mr. AI can do the worst stuff and it's ok.

As an Adobe Stock contributor:
They blocked my account for over 9 months regarding a suspicious sale activities.
They don't provide a solid proof and will not.
Taking into consideration that i contacted you first when i noticed that activity to check if it's normal, and if you provide some kind of protection to your contributors in case someone have downloaded a lot of files and decided to sell them elsewhere.
All the explanations and possibilities i gave for that issue, were ignored.
Opening another account is not a solution when this issue could happen again.
Seizing my profits was unjust and unprofessional.
Permenatly deleting my content without being sure that i did something wrong was unprofessional.
Declaring that "unjust account termniation" at their community is impossible by admins and experts! Was all lies and unprofessional, they're just working for them for some fees, discounts, whatever

Worst company with its policy, please don't subscribe unless you read all the policy pages or you will have to pay a penalty to unsubscribe, Scammers

It's just wasted my time it's only waste of time don't use this guys I will not recommend anyone I want to give zero stars no I think it deserves minus 3 or 4 star because of wasting my time it just waste your time by confirm in your ID taking your details profiles shows you hundreds of apps from Adobe etc you will forget that why did you join this site?
