Poor in the handling of my claim

Poor in the handling of my claim - misleading and stressful. Not representing the service Admiral describe on their web site. Very disappointing. Even more disappointing if Trustpilot remove my negative review as they have done before because how can this service be trusted? If there were minus stars I would have applied them.

The process is simple

The process is simple, fill in the details of the vessel etc return and when the quote arrives, check the details, if it fits requirements pay the amount quoted, job done!!

Admiral Marine Yacht Insurance

I have been insured with Admiral Marine for most of the past twenty years. They understand boats and sailors and offer a comprehensive insurance service wherever your sailing takes you. We have crossed the Atlantic, cruised the Caribbean and the USA East Coast and are now pottering around the Cornish coast with their insurance cover.

Great personal service

Great personal service, and backed it up by dealing promptly, efficiently and to our complete satisfaction with a recent high value claim following a lightning strike to our boat last summer. I can't speak highly enough. A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
