The men delivering were brilliant and my new bed was installed in record time with no damages anywhere. I dropped a star due to the fact I have difficulty using the remote as no matter where I put it, it is hard for me to reach, let alone use the buttons. Also the screw attaching the holder to the base of the remote obviously wasn’t tightened and fell off! I haven’t got a very long thin screwdriver to enable me to screw it back together so it keeps falling on the floor!

From talking to Tony who first came to see me right through to the men who delivered and assembled the bed everything went very well, no complaints at all. The company who were taking my old bed away arrived on time. All in all an easy pleasant transaction

Everything went well and there were no problems. Use of bed was described clearly and the both of us have had excellent sleep since we first started using it on 16 July. Nice friendly workmen as well.

Very high experience staff especially the sales adviser to help to find right products for purchase regarding to my medical condition and offering with monthly payments to have no pressure with financial issues so I personally highly recommend Adjustamatic company to friend and family.

It was everything about the company,
The gentleman that made the home visit was professional but very nice at the same time,
He explained everything to me, but was never pushy.
He explained about the finance, over all it was a very nice experience and i got the chair i wanted.

We purchased the beds during the Ideal Homes exhibition at the SECC in Glasgow. They were expensive, especially when the Cyclo therapy facility is added to the normal ability to raise and lower the head end and the foot end.
On the positive side the beds are extremely comfortable, and the adjustments are easy with the hand control unit.
With regard to the cyclotherapy, the down side is that the beds are very heavy, and if you turn up the massage unit it makes even the wall cupboard in our en suite vibrate! When mounted up stairs in a modern house I have my doubts as to whether this was a good decision.
As a result we only use low cyclotherapy settings, and wish we hadn't paid the extra for the facility.
We also lost a lot of storage space. With the wooden frame this does not happen and the beds would be lighter too.

The before sales and the delivery were excellent.
Not heard anything from them as yet regarding our satisfaction. The bed itself we are very happy with. The matress although comfortable sems very light and easy to move. Once adjusted and then laid flat it has moved over the edge and I'm constantly having to move it back into position.

Recently had a home demonstration for Adjustamatic equipment. Demonstration was very informative and included the cyclo-therapy system. My criticism is due to the salesman "promising" my elderly father that certain medical conditions would be cured if he bought a chair with the therapy system. Since when is a salesman with no medical background allowed to make such a medical judgement?

Oh my God 😍 that bed 😍 the quality of the mattress is absolutely amazing, I can't count how many years I didn't sleep in bed and wake up without back pain , my sleeping pattern is completely changed and I can say confidentially ( i had avery good night ). Many thanks for the person who came to do the assessment, how friendly and patient he was and the delivery men who build up the bed very nice people very good service with real hearts 💕 I can't recommend it enough 😊 if you suffer from changing your bed and your mattress, don't think twice Adjustamatic is the choice and it deserves every single penny you pay for it. Thank you

Bloke who came to see me and sort out the bed was very nice and helpful, sorted everything out. Then lady who contacted me about the delivery was nice and then the 2 guys who came to deliver and set up the bed were nice, polite and friendly. When the bed was all set up they showed me how to use the bed correctly

Sorry, I don't like typing reviews.

The bed was nearly £3500. The motor which lifts the bed keeps breaking down. Every Engineer's visit is £189 only 15min plus any extra time and parts. New motor is £160. Last one broke down while engineer was trying it out. Each time I have to wait a long time to have it repaired. I really regret my purchase.

Bed is so comfortable and great I can adjust height installation was excelent
