I went in for what was going to be a trial haircut for my wedding in July. Because of this, and because I hadn't ever had a more premium haircut before, I came in really happy and excited. Naturally, I told the barber the barber about the wedding which I was hoping would get an equally positive response. Instead, it was thing that led to this haircut being the worst experiences and examples of customer service I have ever encountered.

One of other barbers, overhearing the conversation decided he thought it was appropriate to list to me the reasons why he thought marriage was a terrible idea. There was no humour here. It was incredibly uncomfortable and argumentative and he wouldn't let it drop. He continued to interrupt my haircut and my barber did nothing to discourage it.

With regards to the haircut itself, it wasn't any better than the £15 haircut I usually have. The biggest red flag being that they use thinning scissors to thin out my hair. A clear lack of technical understanding and not worth the £42 I paid.

It really was the worst experience I have had in a long time. I went from being incredibly excited and happy to wanting to get out of there and get my money back. I will never go back to ADAM Atelier and am doing my upmost to warn all my friends of the experience.

Went in for a simple trim, bloke wasn't that friendly (tbf didn't speak English). An average haircut experience but when I came to the end they asked me for £75 at which point my jaw dropped so fast it dented their floor. Could fly to Paris and cut my hair there for that kind of money. If you have any sense, just go to smart and stylish on roman road and have a trim for a tenner.

I booked to have a director’s cut for £38. They finally charged me £50 just because the barber did my eyebrows, without asking me if I wanted that and without telling me that it would cost me extra. The haircut treatment was ok but honestly I have had better haircuts elsewhere for much less.
I had my haircut at Adam Grooming Atelier in Canary Wharf Cabot Place. I wouldn’t recommend having your haircut there.

I want to start by saying that this has nothing to do with a haircut and is solely on the customer service I received from head office and the receptionist at the Harrods branch.
This is now the 3rd time that I have been called to rearrange or cancel my appointment because of an error they have made their end. Once, not great, but you can understand things happen. Twice, slightly annoying that it has repeated itself, but a third time is very, very frustrating.
When I was called by the receptionist she told that my appointment was booked in incorrectly by head office and if I wanted to change it I would need to call them back up. Now, bare in mind she is on the phone to me now and has the rota in front of her, but is telling me there is nothing she can/will do and that I can no longer come to my appointment.
She gave me no resolution for today, spoke over me every time I tried to speak, her tone was very sarcastic and ill mannered, she kept pushing me to call head office (who already made a mistake) and then wouldn't allow me to speak with a manager when asked. It is quite obvious that she didn't want me to speak to someone else because she knew her behaviour was so disrespectful, hence why she wouldn't pass the phone onto someone else.
If someone calm and collected was on the phone, willing to help me resolve their issue and understood my frustration, then I can assure you I wouldn't be writing this review.
But yet again, just under 2 hours before my appointment I was told I could no longer come and I had to deal with someone who really couldn't have cared whether I did or not.
I had a very pleasant call back from a lovely lady called Yasmeen, who tried her utmost to help and apologised profusely for the behaviour of her colleague. I really did appreciate this, but unfortunately this will not change my decision in never going back to Adams Grooming again.
When you are spending upwards of £65 per mens cut, and then tipping on top, you do not expect to be treated the way I was. I never write reviews, but this just fueled me to do so.
I will not be returning to Adams grooming again

BEWARE! Firstly they charge £25 for a simple haircut in Brentford! The lady said the card machine doesnt work so i will have to get cash. I dont carry cash or wallet these days so i searched in my car and was able to find 20. I gave her 20 and said i dont have the remaining 5. The card machine then mysteriously started to work and she charged me 5 on card and 20 in cash. For that kind of money atleast have the courtesy to charge via card and pay the damn taxes like everyone does. So stay away or if you go insist on paying by card...

Went for a director's cut. The barber has the grace of an elephant, I came out with sever pain on my neck and a mediocre haircut. Not worth the price at all.

I love getting my hair cut by Jonathan at the Fitzrovia branch… He’s fantastic! The whole shop is super friendly and professional.
I always get fantastic service and a great cut. It’s a treat to go there and I look forward to every visit! Quality barbers who know what they are doing. Definitely recommend

Great atmosphere and the staffs are friendly. Best haircut i had for a very long time. Jonathan from Adam Fitzrovia provide an excellent job, knows completely what he’s doing and even give advise that helps me understand how to style my hair. This will be my new barbershop.

I ordered a Christmas gift on line. When the gift was delivered, it was in a Royal Mail plastic bag and the box had no products inside it. I emailed Adam Grooming and they had another order sent out the same day and delivered the following day with DPD.
Customer service is 10/10. Thank you Yasmeen for your prompt action so close to Christmas.

Stumbled across this place while shopping in Oxford Street. A superbly professional and exceptionally well run salon/barbers. Barat was my barber, although using the word 'barber' doesn't seem to do justice to the experience. I came away feeling incredibly well groomed but more importantly, relaxed and appreciative of the quality of the service. The constant attention to detail made it feel really special and I'd happily make the journey from my hometown of Oxford to London just for this. The final thing to mention is that despite the high end service it doesn't come with a high end price tag. Wholeheatedly recommended.

Recently went back into the Cabot Square branch and met a new barber called Erkut (What a name for a baber!)
Excellent cut, super pleased with his attention to detail and the way he cut my hair. Very traditional techniques and great result, the best haircut I've had from Adam Grooming. Will seek out Erkut again.

The staff was very friendly and responsive, the girl (with highlights ) greeted me and welcomed me, accommodated me and offered something to drink and she was very nice and smiling! I went in for a haircut because almost 5 months had passed since my last haircut. It turned out really great and the price was right. The staff works very well in a team! You will not be disappointed. This is probably the best place Canary Wharf Cabot place in town for a haircut. I have lived in the city for a long time and I decided to visit this place! Firat did an amazing job and professional skills with my haircut, and my hair feels and looks so much better! I cannot wait to come back again😊! The dude is a magician.!Definitely coming back!👏🏿

Went to get a haircut today, what a great experience I had. Ash done a great job and Steph made me feel comfortable. Definitely would recommend!

Very friendly, fast and appealing service. They (Canary Wharf branch - Cabot Square) have taken me at short notice and even when I've been late to an appointment.

Their haircuts are excellent and their salon is very nice. My only issue is that they could wear gloves and be a bit more in mind of PPE in Covid times....

As it was the first time going to Adam’s I booked for a Buzz cut (£25). When I went there and I explained to the barber what I wanted to do, he didn’t explain me that it’s not possible to do that with the Buzz cut and he just did the haircut. After I went to pay he asked me for £35, I asked him how come and he said that I booked the wrong service on the website. I said ok of course I’ll pay but it would be nice to let me know from the beginning that what I wanted wasn’t possible with the Buzz cut. The barber then referred me to the website and said that everything is explained there.
Also the barber was constantly talking to his colleagues in a foreign language which I found very rude, also the haircut wasn’t that great. Not at all the customer service that I would expect for a service that lasted maximum 25 minutes and costed £35. Please don’t contact me, I just wanted to provide you with this feedback so you can improve.
