Within this period, we approached our collaboration with customer-first vision, diligently managing payroll, ensuring legal compliance, supporting migration process, promptly processing requests from your side, and handling other issues. As an EOR provider, we also expect customer companies to fulfill the agreement and cover the service fee and other related payments in a timely manner, for us to be able to pay out salaries to the customer’s employees punctually. Despite recurring payment delays from your side, we made sure those did not impact your employees and took care of their paychecks as if they were our own team.
We regret that we had to terminate the contract with you, and did everything possible to preserve the image of your employer company, making the termination process smooth and stress-free for you and your employees alike, and providing the most beneficial terms possible for you as our client.
