Quick delivery, nice quality product. One minor issue the zip pockets aren't as deep as I thought they'd be.

Absolutely shocking goods arrived cheap nasty it didn’t work definitely was not worth the money. I emailed them to return this. I just kept getting the same email. Please send video, please send photo which I did I then stated that I wanted to return for a refund and they said it couldn’t be refunded because it had been “used” but I said it is it’s defected and definitely not worth the money and then asked again for Returns address so I could return it and get a refund and I just kept getting the same basic email asking for a video which I sent in several times and then in the end I stopped getting responses. I felt they was pushing me back past the days you could physically return it back for arefund. But in the end they just stopped responding. Terrible customer service terrible product would avoid.

Don't ever use this company they are total fraudsters took two payments said nh fault ordered two never received the item said evri lost it and if you wanted to return it you have to pay the postage and if has to be sent to paris????

Very poor response to my request to send the item back as it was too tight for my wife’s neck, she felt it was choking her.
I was advised that under no circumstances would this be accepted back.
I would have thought under the sale of goods act that if the unit could not be used your company would have used common sense and agreed to a return.

Delivery took longer than expected, then had to order lithium batteries which took a couple of days to arrive.
The user manual isn't great and my machine turns itself off after 10minutes
I can't seem to make contact with Acupeo to advise if the issues I have are normal or if it's me using it incorrectly. Very frustrating.

Good little device, certainly shocks you at first with the way it feels. A lot cheaper if you order elsewhere though. ( my fault)

Wish I had bought this years ago when I first started having trouble with my neck and shoulders Very easy to use and it gives me such good relief

It was easy to set up and use, and offered relief

'It does what it says on the tin' - easy to use, had near total sideways neck movement to the right within 6 weeks (it was negligible before) but still work to do on the left.

Can’t complain about your support, however, due to my own error (I entered number 5 instead of number 3 Spode Walk) the parcel was delivered to the wrong address. We can’t trace the parcel as the person at number 5 denies receiving it. Also the photo from the courier is vague and offers no help. Also, it looks like an envelope rather than a parcel. I’ve accepted that it’s my mistake and not your fault. Thanks for your help anyway.

Company is a total joke so much so I am now going to contact my bank fraud department.Irder never received said evri lost it

Order and delivery was first class. Put the device on easily and have been trying the different sensations. Will continue to use and hopefully feel the benefit too.

Had bad experience
I reported it and nothing was done about it
Once I tested it on day one
It has been put back on the box and never used
I also paid for 10 extra patches that are in the packaging and never used
I am very disappointed

Item arrived in good time batteries not included overall a good buy has improved my neck pain modes on device could be simpler but pleased with my buy

It’s very very good and really helpful for my bad knock and back great product 👍

This product is weak and poor and does not work effectively- don’t bother - tried to return mine but they have refused so far - poor customer service too 😡
