Soma is so beyond helpful and understanding not only has she been super flexible with my difficult school schedule I’ve had but she has been giving me nothing but support, love and all around inspirational teacher to me. Just by watching her videos I was able to grow my acting techniques and learning new skills (i.e. crying on demand). This was a big milestone for me because it means I am learning to really get in touch with my emotions and using imagery in my head and creating real emotions through expressions. Acting is hard work but determination is so important and finding a good teacher too. I honestly could not have asked for a better teacher, I’m beyond grateful I found her. Before soma, acting was just a dream. But with her by my side as my teacher I know it won’t be just dream, it will become a reality for me.

I feel like the dedication and effort from the team is what keeps me inspired. I have a dream, and Soma and the teachers are always there to give that support and encouragement. I know this is where I'm meant to be! <3

Very informative and helpful class into the entertainment industry. Soma and the teachers are super nice and extremely helpful in getting your foot through the door and being able to start your career. Also not to mention your classmates are also very welcoming. You get to take acting classes plus get feedback on your auditions, monologues, etc. so you can perfect it and make sure you send in your best work! would recommend taking actor’s academy to anyone I know!

Actor Academy provides everything I never knew I needed to become an actor. We learn everything from how to analyze a script to the business aspect. Soma is very involved and has a wealth of knowledge. If you want to be an actor this is the place to be!

Actors academy is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door in the acting industry. Honestly, the fact that Soma herself is giving the classes and interacting makes this workshop that much more real and worthwhile! I love that she asks questions, challenges us to dig deep within ourselves to try to understand the reasons as to why we are here, why we love acting, why we chose this career path. I loved this class and I'm so looking forward to all the classes going forward for the rest of the year! I am looking forward to not only learning a plethora of amazing information, but also to put it to practice!

Actor Academy is the best all in one package for actors to go from getting started all the way to landing their first role. Soma is highly interactive with all students and the classes are well structured. 10/10 would highly recommend!

This Acting academy is the best. It’s not just that your having fun, but the acting coach is so motivating and warm hearted to her students.

I’ve taken a few acting classes in the past, but this is the first class I’ve taken thats felt like a safe space where everyone wants you to succeed. Even after just 6 weeks, I feel like I’ve gotten a lot of helpful feedback and learned quite a bit about the business side as well. I just have to start pushing myself now to upload weekly monologues and submit myself because I’ve been given the tools I need. I look forward to class every week and to keep growing as an actor!

Actor Academy opens the door to a wide variety of different people all over the world that wants to be an actor just like you! It's always such a fun experience to collaborate with so many different actors with a different approach on script analysis, scene study, and their own unique way of acting. This Academy really pushes you to your full potential on acting such as knowing how to perform comedy, romance, drama, and many more genres that we think we are familiar of. Also, our very talented instructors that have the best of knowledge about the industry! Their experience adds on to the great tuition that they provide for us by challenging ourselves to the best of our abilities, that makes us an even better actor everyday. As for my experience attending Actor Academy, I truly love it! The amount of times where I have failed a practice audition is the best thing that can happen to me and you! No one is here to judge you, only to help you or even offer a helping hand. It humbles me to make every tape the best and I guarantee it will have the same effect on you.

Soma is a great person to work with. She has been in the business a long time so she knows what she is talking about. She is super generous and so easy to talk to. I started acting at a late age (31) during COVID. I would always see her TikTok videos where she would give great advice, I learned alot from them. After two years, I eventually reached out to her for a one on one consultation about how to start in the business and what to do to get an agent. Her advice and all the material she sent me was great and I ended up signing with an agent a couple months after meeting with her. I recommend Soma and Actors Academy to all new actors, the things you will learn will be invaluable to your acting journey.

Actor Academy has validated all the concerns and answered all the questions I have about the industry. It provides you with a community of people pursuing their passion just as hard as you. Feeling alone as an actor is the hardest thing and this solves that so fast. Soma works with you so individually on what works for YOU and not how you "should" do things. Our sessions and classes have felt just as much like therapy for actors as well as extremely helpful classes. Actor Academy is everything an actor looking to kickstart their career could ask for. Soma and the other acting coaches including Emily, Christina and Hershel not only work with us weekly during our classtime, but support and interact with us within the discord community. The online course covers all of the basics and necessities, and Soma is always adding new chapters/videos based on what we (the students) want to learn/improve on. The many resources available to us help us hone in on out craft and grow as performers. Actor Academy cultivates a community of actors from all around the world and sets us up for success when preparing for and filming auditions.
