Diğer yorumlarda da göreceğiniz gibi depozitoyu geri vermiyorlar. Bizden de 750 euro depozito aldılar ve sonrasında KAYBOLDULAR. Ne telefonlara cevap veriyorlar ne e-maillere dönüyorlar ne de doğru düzgün bir açıklama yapıyorlar.

Üstelik iki kez sahte belge gönderip para transferi yapılmış gibi gösterdiler, ardından yine ortadan kayboldular. Bir aydır sürekli aynı hikâye: “Banka sorun çıkarıyor”, “Banka transferi göndermiyor”, “Konuşacağız”, “Halledeceğiz” gibi bahanelerle oyalıyorlar. Bir aydır tek yaptıkları yalanlarla zaman kazanmak.

Paramızı geri almak için hukuki yollara başvurduk ve sonuna kadar uğraşacağız. Yaşadığımız olayın, somut delillere ve olayın tüm koşullarına göre TCK 157’de düzenlenen dolandırıcılık ve TCK 158 kapsamında nitelikli dolandırıcılık yönünden değerlendirilmesi için başvurularımızı yaptık.

Allah’ınızdan bulun inşallah. Şeref yoksunu şekilde insanları mağdur edip sonra ortadan kaybolmak kabul edilebilir değil. Paramızı almak için sonuna kadar mücadele edeceğiz. İnsanları parasının peşinden koşturan, sürekli bahaneler üreten ve iletişimden kaçan böyle bir işletmeyle ASLA AMA ASLA işiniz olmasın.

Uzak durun. Paranızı, zamanınızı ve sinirlerinizi bu insanlara emanet etmeyin.

As you can see from the other reviews, they simply do not return deposits. They also took a €750 deposit from us and then DISAPPEARED. They do not answer phone calls, respond to emails, or provide any proper explanation.

On top of that, twice they sent what appeared to be fake documents, making it look as though the money had been transferred, and then they disappeared again. For an entire month, it has been the same story: “The bank is causing problems,” “The bank won’t process the transfer,” “We will discuss it,” “We will sort it out,” and so on. For a whole month, all they have done is stall us with lies and excuses.

We have taken legal action to recover our money and will pursue this to the very end. Based on the evidence and all the circumstances of what happened, we have submitted our applications so that the matter can be assessed under Article 157 of the Turkish Penal Code (fraud) and Article 158 (aggravated fraud).

May you get what you deserve. It is absolutely unacceptable to treat people this disgracefully, cause them financial harm, and then simply disappear. We will continue fighting until we get our money back.

DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS BUSINESS. They make people chase after their own money, constantly come up with excuses, and avoid communication.

STAY AWAY. Do not entrust these people with your money, your time, or your peace of mind.

Très mauvaise expérience. En tant que Français, nous avions uniquement une carte de débit (très courante), mais la location nous a été refusée sur place car une carte de crédit était exigée sans que cela soit clairement précisé.

Résultat : bloqués un dimanche soir à l’aéroport, sans solution. Aucune aide proposée et un personnel peu agréable, avec un échange tendu.

En plus, l’acompte n’a pas été remboursé.

Je déconseille fortement, surtout aux Français.

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung! Das ursprünglich bereitgestellte Fahrzeug hatte eine defekte Scheibenwaschanlage. Auf meine Reklamation bekam ich zwar ein Ersatzfahrzeug, doch die Unterlagen wurden nicht angepasst.

Der Vermieter reagiert überhaupt nicht, weder auf Anrufe noch auf Nachrichten. Meine Kaution ist seit über einem Monat blockiert, ich kann den Anbieter nicht erreichen und erhalte keinerlei Rückmeldung.

Solche Ignoranz und fehlende Professionalität habe ich bei Mietwagen-Buchungen noch nie erlebt. Nie wieder!

J'ai réservé un véhicule chez Active Rent Car (également sous le nom de Right Cars Antalya) via le site CarJet.
Arrivé à l'aéroport, vous ne trouverez personne. Vous devrez leur sonner et les attendre pendant presque 1h (comme si le voyage en avion n'était pas assez long et fatiguant).
Vous arriverez dans leur petit bureau, dans un coin perdu où on ne se sent pas en sécurité.
Au moment de payer, ils prétendent que votre carte de crédit (pour payer la caution) ne fonctionne pas afin de vous obliger à prendre leur fameuse assurance à "seulement" 25€/jour. Si vous prenez leur assurance, vous ne devez pas donner de caution, c'est pourquoi ils prétendent que votre carte de crédit ne fonctionne pas (alors que j'ai utilisé cette même carte tout le long de mon voyage). Même si vous leur dites que vous avez déjà pris l'assurance en ligne de chez CarJet, ils disent que cette assurance ne fonctionne pas chez eux. Donc si vous voulez récupérer le véhicule que vous avez réservé, vous devez payer cette fameuse assurance. J'ai donc du payer près de 300€ supplémentaire.
D'après les avis, je constate qu'ils utilisent régulièrement cette méthode mafieuse.
Je ne comprends pas qu'ils agissent de la sorte avec autant de monde en toute impunité.

If you did get scammed.. I got mine back through my credit card company charge back. It took four months, I also charged back for car hire which was unroad worthy so I had the last laugh haha 😃 🤣🤣🤣👍

Ceux sont des voleurs ....ne pas prendre de location chez eux il s'appellent aussi rc right cars ..ils débitent la caution et ne vous la rende pas ..ils l'ont volé alors que je leur ai rendu la voiture conforme comme au départ !!!!!

I wish I read these reviews before booking with this vendor. Worst company, worst service, stay away. I booked a hire car for my 4 day Antalya holiday through Opodo. The m vendor is called Active Rent A Car - stay far away from them! The vendor took a whooping almost £800 from my credit card as holding deposit and said it will returned to with 21 days of dropping off the car. 28 days later I was chasing both the vendor and Opodo for the to holding deposit. The Vendor never return any of my emails, calls or texts messages. I reported it to Opodo, the agent I booked the hire car through, they said it had nothing to do with them and then would help me. They did not even care that they had a vendor (Active Rent A Car) on their platform that takes their customers money and doesn’t return it to them. They completely disregard me and my claim. I will never book anything through Opodo again. You are better of using know car rentals such as Enterprise or Hertz. I’ve used them before and never had an issue. Stay far away from Active Rent A Car in Antalya and Opodo. Worst company ever.

Ben bir haftaligina arac kiraladim Kredi kartimdan 38000 TL Depozito aldilar. Arabayi anlastigimiz tarihte eksiksiz teslim ettigim halde iki aydan beri Depozitomu geri alamadim.
Bunlar kesinlikle dolandirici, ben avukatimla da konustum davaci olacagim, cünkü ben bunu prensip meselesi yaptim.
Ama siz sakin bunlardan arac kiralamayin.
Bir yildizdan asagisi verilemedigi icin, o bir yildizi verdim yoksa obile bunlara fazla.

Do not rent car from this company, Right Cars and Active rent a car are thief and scammers. Avoid using them.
3 weeks ago I rented a car from them, I was surprised and shocked when I received the traffic fine ticket on my name but not the car I've rented, it's different car. They've used my name on a different car rental contract which is illegal. When I handed over the car I rented I've told them about the fine, they apologised for the mistake they've done and assured that they will pay the fine the next day. This was a lie just to gain time and wait until I travel. Until now they did not pay the fine and they never respond to any call or any messages. So be careful maybe they use your details on another car contract without your knowledge and might conduct a crime or any other illegal things with your name and put you on big trouble.

3 hafta önce onlardan bir araba kiraladım, trafik cezasıni gordugumde şaşırdım ve şok oldum, kiraladığım araba değil, farklı bir araba. Adımı farklı bir araba kiralama sözleşmesinde kullanmışlar, bu yasadışı. Kiraladığım arabayı teslim ettiğimde onlara cezadan bahsettim, yaptıkları hata için özür dilediler ve ertesi gün cezayı ödeyeceklerine dair güvence verdiler. Bu sadece zaman kazanmak ve ben seyahat edene kadar beklemek için bir yalandı. Şimdiye kadar cezayı ödemediler ve hiçbir çağrıya veya mesaja cevap vermediler. Bu yüzden dikkatli olun, belki sizin bilgilerinizi bilginiz olmadan başka bir araba sözleşmesinde kullanabilirler ve adınızla suç veya başka yasadışı şeyler yapabilir ve sizi büyük bir belaya sokabilirler

ATTENTION, UNE ARNAQUE !!! J'ai loué la voiture du 23/07 au 02/08 2024, j'ai rendu la voiture sans aucun dommage. L'agence m'a confirmé que ma caution sera remboursée sous 4 semaines et que le montant de la caution ne sera pas débité, malheureusement pour moi ils m'ont débité ma caution de 650 euros et maintenant il me bloque Quand je les appelle
Je fais appel à tous les clients qui se sont fait arnaquer par cette agence d'envoyer un courrier pour engager une procédure officielle auprès des autorités compétentes en matière de protection des consommateurs en Turquie, notamment le Comité d'arbitrage des consommateurs et le ministère du Commerce.

Betrüger. Habe ein Fahrzeug für 13 Tage über Economybookings gemietet und komplett im Voraus bezahlt. Weil ich 90 (!) Minuten verspätet war (Flugverspätung) soll das Auto aus der Reservierung gelöscht worden sein.

Active Rent Car = Right Car Rental. Gleiche Adresse, gleiche Telefonnummer

Mir wurde aber mitgeteilt, dass ich für eine Zuzahlung von 25 € pro Tag das Fahrzeug ausgehändigt bekomme. Habe ich abgelehnt. Jetzt muss ich der Zahlung von etwa €500 für die 13 hinterherrennen.

Meine Kreditkartenfirma versucht, das Geld zurückzubuchen.

They keep the deposit. Almost always give you a car with an amber fuel light and have no customer service if you point out the fact they kept your money.
I have rented more times but didn’t realize it. Even though they eventually started to pay back (still waiting on the rest) their responses are rude and with no customer service. When I asked for customer service they threaten to block my number. Very unprofessional.

Ze houden de borg. Ze geven je bijna altijd een auto met een amber brandstoflampje en hebben geen klantenservice als je aangeeft dat ze je geld hebben gehouden.
Ik heb vaker gehuurd, maar had dat niet door. Hoewel ze uiteindelijk begonnen met terugbetalen (ik wacht nog steeds op de rest), zijn hun reacties onbeschoft en zonder klantenservice.
Toen ik om klantenservice vroeg, dreigden ze mijn nummer te blokkeren. Erg onprofessioneel.

Undgå at leje en bil fra dem , fordi du få aldrig din depositum som du har betalt, og de svarer ikke på opkald eller messages som det har gjort med mig , har mistet 650 €.

I have been waiting for my deposit of € 1100.00 for 5 months now and they keep saying that it has been refunded, but that is really not the case, it is a big scam company, but believe me, they promise a lot but do nothing, a bunch of scammers. people please never rent a car there you will never get your money back.

Deposit wird nicht zurückgezahlt. Der Kundendienst reagiert nicht, weder auf Anrufe, noch auf WhatsApp oder E-Mails. Diese Firma arbeitet ganz klar mit einer Betrugsmasche. ich warte noch immer auf die Rückerstattung meines Deposits in Höhe von Euro 650.--.
Auch das Fahrzeug war rundherum zerbeult und hinterliess auf den ersten Blick einen zwiespältigen Eindruck dieser Firma. Unbedingt Finger weg!

Achtung !!!! Die zahlen dir deine Kaution nicht zurück!!!
Meine Kaution von 900 € haben die nicht zurückerstattet, obwohl sie es nach 14 Werktagen hätten tun sollen. Außerdem haben die nicht die Kaution blockiert, sonder abgebucht. Lasst die Finger weg von denen sonst könntet ihr um eure Kaution umkommen.
Nie wieder werde ich ein Auto bei solche unbekannten Autovermieter ein Auto mieten.
Das Auto war auch sehr dreckig. Außerdem war der Reifendruck vom Auto nicht ok.
