Great customer service & warranty honour on my air mattress that had a defective seam .

We have had one family group over using this king sized inflatable mattress.
It was completely acceptable and they had a good night sleep.
This is only after one week and I cannot comment on. It’s durability and it’s comfort after this timeframe.

I'm really impressed with this air filled mattress.lt is Durable, Comfortable and Reliable. It is easy to inflate with the built-in pump which was ready in few minutes. Overall it is great quality mattress for the price.

We bought an AE airbed 3 years ago and it has served us very well. We recently had a puncture but Juliet was super helpful and has sent a repair kit swiftly. Great service and a very good product! Thank you.

After just over a year my airbed developed a slow leak which could not be pinpointed via troubleshooting steps. A replacement was promptly ordered for delivery which is much appreciated.

I love my new Active Era airbed. It really is the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned and I would definitely recommend this product.

Very resistant easy to use and comfortable

The airbed is just as described - easily inflates and deflates within 3 minutes. Plus, it is really comfortable to sleep on.

Great paddle board! Comes with everything you need! Love the go pro holder and waterproof bag comes in very handy! Definitely recommend!

I bought an air mattress from the brand Rate Active on Amazon, which broke after 8 months. I then contacted the manufacturer. Without any hassle, they refunded the full purchase price. My inquiries were always answered quickly – I even received replies on Sundays.

Purchased an 'Active Era Luxury Campbed'. On it's second use the tiny and (now I see) fragile plastic nipples which make the 'bayonet fitting' of the blow-up tube secure simply snapped off when the bed was being inflated. Inflation is now a 2 person job... one person to inflate and one person to hold the connection so the air actually blows in.

MASSIVELY dissapointing, as we were delighted with the first time we used it as the idea of using of the storage bag to blow the mattress up works so well and is rather easier than having to carry a stirrup pump everywhere! Wish I'd have known how fragile this item is before purchase :-(
